We went on Saturday, 2 days before Memorial Day. It's jam packed but the service was spectacular! They welcomed my husband and I. They asked if we had any questions and made suggestions to our order. I ordered the mango mama and it reminded of this Jamba Juice order that I used to get but mango mama had this elevated taste to it and unlike Jamba, they actually blend the drink through so theres no weird texture in your drink. We waited for a few minutes before our drinks were ready. I also got the Honey Mama's chocolate truffle bar that was inspired by the peanut butter cup. This bar has coconut flour and coconut oil. It's soo delicious! I literally hate coconut bc of texture and the weird after taste coconut has but for some reason I believe it was the cocoa that powered through. Take a chance! Try it!! On July 12th, around 8PM. I ordered acai bowl. The employee saw that there was inconsistency in the texture after blending in their vitamix, but she just stirred it few more time with a spoon and put it in my bowl. I was thinking 'ok they probably know what they are doing' but I definitely noticed the inconsistency in the texture when I was eating. When they were washing the blackberries, they only shook it in running water for like 2 seconds. Perhaps it is because we are in a mall. To be honest, it is not truly any different from the other. I would say it is good and a great clean choice if you are trying to be healthy in the mall. I do love their strawberry fields smoothie! It's a great blend of fruits with a touch of vegetables. So it is the best of both worlds. I also do love the Just Peachy bowl if you want something a bit more hearty and filling. The bowls are $10-11 depending on which one you get and most smoothies are between $7-9. My daughter begged me for a smoothie today while we were at the mall running a quick errand. I saw the Juice Bar and agreed she could get one. She chose the peanut butter smoothie and asked for some spinach. Although this smoothie had less ingredients than others at the same price, the spinach was $1.50 to add on. I saw the few leaves the blender employee added and just surrendered to the exaggerated fee. And Honestly I could deal with that. The most disappointing and quite frankly disturbing thing was that after her smoothie was blended, they poured it into her cup and discarded a significant amount. I nicely asked the person who made the smoothie if she was throwing out the rest and she said yes. I said well would it be ok if you could top off her cup? She said no, since you paid for the kid size this is the only amount you get. I was dumbfounded. I can understand not giving us a new cup for the excess in the blender, but after paying $9 for a baby smoothie I was appalled they didn't have better customer service and felt like a decision like that was just rooted in spite. I've been waiting for this place to open up. I'm so excited to finally see it open! It has a nice clean simple look to it. The menu is pretty simple and easy to read. I think everyone can find something that they like. My husband chose a shot that has ginger in it it's almost 2 ounces for $2.25. You can actually by the shots to take home for $4.95 in a 4 ounce glass bottle. You can also buy the juices to take home. I tasted his shot it's pretty strong. I'm not huge fan of anything with a strong ginger taste but it's still good. I got the skinny sisters and I love it! I like anything with a spicy taste to it and the jalapeno really brings out the spice in this drink! It's just the perfect amount of spice with a cool orange juice taste. I just had to laugh at the review that said The Juice Bar was a trendy scam that doesn't serve fresh juice. I'm an experienced consumer of this business and quite familiar with the various products sold. I've tried the fresh juices, shots, smoothies, and the etc options i.e. acai cup, raw almond latte, the homemade granola and the raw oatmeal. So at this point after trying multiple items from the menu I can definitely confirm this place is legit. It's great that it's multipurpose. For example, if you need a healthy meal replacement smoothie stop here. If you need a refreshing healthy beverage to break up the monotony of the day stop here. If you want to jump start your weight loss goal then stop here. Smoothies tried-DayTripper (smooth, creamy, and filling (one of my faves), Groovin' at the Greek (very similar to Day Tripper, and another fave), Strawberry Fields (somewhat on the tart side w/ a similar consistency of a Jamba Juice, High Pro Glow (filling and flavors are well balanced, thumbs up), and the Purple Haze (can't go wrong with this one). The acai cup is a meal in itself and fantastic! I've never had anything like it and with the granola (which is super yummy) it just takes it to another whole level. I can't say enough good things about this item. The cider bomb is somewhat intense but it leaves you feeling good about what you're putting in your body. A great jump-starter! The almond latte is a refreshing twist on coffee. Definitely a repeat when you need a coffee fix. It's almost a sin to put the homemade granola in the granola category. I'll keep it short and sweet. I got a creative juice called Start Me Up, with pineapple, green apple, and mint. I couldn't really tell there was mint in it, which was probably a good thing. Most of the ingredients I like. I asked was it possible for dragon fruit to be added and the employee's response was not nice. She said NO as if I had asked her to take money from her drawer. You can't get dragon fruit added because quote "it's frozen". We to my dismay the "happy healer is disgusting. Now I need to find a couple of packs of sugar so I can drink it. The drink is suppose to be cold and it's not. It almost taste as if one of the ingredients wasn't fresh. I won't be going back there any time soon.
