I ordered the Mango Sticky Rice Latte and the Sunset Americano (fresh orange juice with iced espresso), and both completely exceeded my expectations. The Mango Sticky Rice Latte is hands down one of the best drinks I've ever had. It's creamy, rich, perfectly sweet, and actually tastes like mango sticky rice in drink form. My favorite part is when the drink is gone I get to scoop sticky rice and mango pieces out to snack on. I honestly can't stop thinking about it and would drink one every single day if I could! The Sunset Americano surprised me too. I wasn't sure how orange juice and espresso would work together, but it was incredibly refreshing. The citrus brightens the espresso without overpowering it, making it the perfect breakfast drink. On top of the amazing drinks, the customer service was fantastic. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and the drinks were made with care. The quality you get for the price is excellent. There are several coffee and boba shops much closer to me, but Sammy's has officially become my go-to. I'll happily drive the extra distance and you should too!

We usually always try Brown Sugar the first time we go to a boba place. This one was pretty standard: definitely very sweet (I'd suggest asking for reduced sweetness) but more caramel-y which was nice; couldn't distinguish much tea flavor though. The Ube Matcha had real ube and taro flavor. Ube is generally very strong so the matcha essence was weaker but surprisingly not completely overpowered. I think next time I'd get a lighter flavor to be able to fully appreciate the matcha quality. Also, this one wasn't sweet at all; I was fine with that but also would have been fine with a bit more sweetness. The boba itself was well-made and nicely chewy. Service was fast and friendly; ambiance is spacious with tons of seating and natural light. There's a lot of parking around. 8/10 would recommend, I'd come back to try their other stuff and hang out/do work.

After I mentioned that I don't like drinks that are overly sweet, she explained the sweetness levels and recommended a tea that ended up being perfect. I stayed for a couple of hours working on my computer and watched the place gradually fill up during the lunch rush. I loved the mix of people coming through -- parents with babies and strollers, people working quietly on laptops, friends playing Uno and Connect Four, and locals just stopping in for their usual tea. It felt welcoming. Also worth mentioning, the bathroom was spotless and fully stocked, which always says a lot to me about a business. Overall, it was just a really pleasant experience from start to finish, and I'll definitely be back.

Since it's right by Emory, it can get pretty busy, especially on weekends and later in the evening. Overall, it's a spot I keep coming back to.
