While I understand that everyone has off days or personal matters, their responses to my inquiries were consistently negative, stating that certain ingredients were unavailable. In my opinion, Beefresh could easily achieve a five-star rating with improved customer service and ingredient availability. Furthermore, the actual bowl I ordered contained toppings that were not on offer, adding to the disappointment. Additionally, the application of Nutella and peanut butter was overly generous to the point of excess, necessitating removal, which proved more challenging than expected. In conclusion, I would recommend Beefresh if executed correctly and if all ingredients are readily available. 10/10 would recommend. My first time trying this spot was after Pilates one day and man did it hit the spot. I love the Queen Bee as is. Their salads are amazing too. The service is always good. Everyone always seems so happy to be at work. Lol and that says a lot because most of the employees have been younger, either high schoolers or college aged kiddos. The inside is always clean and smells fresh like they use bleach and hot water to sanitize lol. But the bee theme is just too cute. Came here the other day with my sister to get boba before going to work! ***LOCATION*** This place is right in front of and king of down the street from Bread and Butter (our favorite coffee shop in Covington). They are also owned by Bread and Buter but have bowls and boba! ***STAFF*** They were friendly! Just a quick interaction but they got our drinks out quickly! ***EXPERIENCE*** We came in and ordered and got our drinks. We were in and out in 3 min! There is no seating inside. The place is super tiny! So we just got our drinks and went across the street to Bread and Butter since it's the same company (even the back of the BeeFresh cups have the Bread and Butter logo) and we got breakfast at Bread and Butter to go with our boba then stayed to work some on our laptops! ***PRICE & DRINK*** This is where I feel they aren't 5 stars. The price is equally if not more expensive than typical boba places. I paid 7.02$ for my drink with less than 1$ tip. The drink was good but not as good as other boba places. It was passable since there aren't really spots for boba in the area but in Atl you can get way better drinks for the same price if not cheaper! ***CONCLUSION*** Will definitely come here if wanting boba and in town but it's by no means the best boba of my life haha it is just decent! read more

This is small place but the service was 5stars!!! The young lady that helped me was so nice!!! Wherever I go I made it my business to find a boba tea place anyway. They only have 2 tea jasmine/black tea. Was nice keep it simple. Build off of that. I gave it 4 because there was no where to sit inside to wait for your tea to get made. They don't have a bathroom. This is one of the very few places to get bubble tea near me. I have gotten it at this location as well as the bread and butter drive thru location. I have to say my experience at the drive thru location has been much better, not only the service and quickness, but also the quality. When I walked into BeeFresh there were four people who were already waiting on their food/drinks so someone had to step outside because there's not much room to wait as the place is very small. I was not acknowledged and stood at the register for several minutes while the two employees were working on other people's orders. Once the employee was done he was very friendly when taking my order and made my drink within two minutes. Overall the flavor of my drink was good, but the tapioca pearls were hard and not completely done which was disappointing. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you are on a time crunch after this experience. read more

I first came here about a week ago and the employees were super friendly and the small store front space is inviting. My daughter wanted to try bubble tea as we haven't had it before and the young lady making the teas answered all of our questions and made suggestions about the tea base we should get. I absolutely love this little shop. I always get a bowl, usually the Queen Bee w/açaí base. It's always fresh & you can either order for pick up or in store. I've also gotten the Boba tea & smoothies. So far, the quality of food and service are great. If I had a complaint, it would be that the store is very small for the number of customers. I've never been in the store except maybe once, where the place isn't completely busy. Even so, the orders are done as quickly as you'd want for your personal order. So definitely a place I'd recommend & will continue to spend my money there! read more
