The seating is so cramped you'll practically be breathing the same air as the people next to you. If you're lucky, you might even get to hear their entire phone conversation while you're at it. I did. I got to listen to a mother on the phone giving live updates as her daughter went from 1 cm dilated to 4 cm. By the end of the call, I practically felt like I was sitting in the delivery room waiting for the baby to arrive. The food options are very limited and honestly not very good. It's not the worst lounge I've been to, but it's nowhere near great. Just be prepared for a crowded, uncomfortable experience where you have no personal space.

Overcrowding aside, the food was unique, fresh, and quickly replenished, and the staff was attentive to keeping the place clean. They even offered a coloring book and crayons to our littlest traveler to help pass the time. The ambience is light and airy and feels elegant. I liked the selection of different seating (benches, small tables, armchairs, business center area). Worth stopping in if you have a lounge benefit.

While the clubs used to be spacious with decent food and drink offerings and excellent service, the clubs have become much busier with fewer seats available and average food and drink options. It seems that everyone has access to an Admirals Club nowadays and brings their entire families. This particular lounge is a decent-sized location at the Orlando airport near gate 55 in Terminal B. It is the only Admiral's Club at this airport. There was a waiting line to get in outside the club though that line moved rather quickly. It is two stories with you coming in on the top floor. This floor has a restroom, a small enclosed workspace, snacks and drinks, and comfortable seating options. The lower level has a bar, more actual meal food, and more communal or work space seats other than the bar. I'm pleased to say that I have recently begun to see the efforts made to improve the Admirals Club membership which includes complimentary hot food throughout the day from soups and/or Mac and Cheese, sandwiches, meatballs, and breakfast items (not all at once though). There are charcuterie offerings, dessert trays, a salad bar, hot and cold non-alcoholic drinks, snacks, and then house drinks. You can pay more for premium drinks and prepared meals. Access to the lounge is easy to get whether through the Citi Executive World Mastercard with free access for you and up to two guests. You can also pay $175 for up to three authorized users each receiving their own lounge access (with up to two guests). Also, One World alliance flyers with a certain status can access Admirals Clubs. There are also Flagship Lounge and Flagship First Dining locations, which offer much more than just Admirals Clubs. I'm confident that making it easy to get Admirals Club memberships has led to lounges being overcrowded though now that you have to pay for authorized users instead of getting them for free in recent years, that may help. You can also redeem AAdvantage miles for membership or access to the Admirals Club.

I'm sorry to use that language. It's a disgrace. I should've gone to a restaurant. What a waste of money! The food downstairs tasted bland to terrible, the "chicken" soup was thin and tasteless as if out of a can; the Asian chicken was rubbery and sour. Day old high school cafeteria food looked better. It's a very tiny , loud, cramped and uncomfortable facility...you have to go down a steep spiral staircase to get food on small crappy plates with plastic utensils, and climb them up to leave or find seating. I left early because It's more comfortable to just wait at the gate. AA should be ashamed of themselves

This was my first flight out of SFB since I got my priority pass, and was greeted by a closed…read morelounge. My flight was mid day on a Friday and there were plenty of flights out of terminal B. But since there weren't many flights out of terminal A, they closed the lounge. What!?! It's accessible by both terminals, and there are so few other food and beverage options. And literally no workspaces (chair/table/outlet) anywhere else in the airport.

You have to wear a wrist band like at a festival. For that you get 2 free alcoholic drinks served in a disposable plastic cup (like being at a festival). The food choices.... well you have Lays potato chips and some cookies. If you want to have anything else you have to pay for it and they apply a 15% gratuity automatically. If I didn't get this free with my credit card I'd be asking for my money back!

This is by far the best airport we have to fly out of near our house. This trip we are traveling…read morewith our little Miniature Pincher for the first time. The counter agent for Allegiant was super friendly and helpful in answering our questions. The TSA security agent was very friendly and helpful by having my wife take our pet out of the travel carrier and he even reached out a pet our little Lilly. We have travelled out of this airport many times and it is always the best from parking to check to the gate. I highly recommend it!

Arriving at 5:00 AM for a 7:05 AM flight, we walked into total chaos. A shortage of ticket agents created huge lines, with staff agents resorting to shouting out specific destinations every few minutes to pull panicking passengers forward whose flights were actively boarding.Between check-in delays and an unsympathetic TSA officer at security, we nearly missed our plane. Disappointing experience for what is supposed to be a low-stress alternative

The staff MADE me a delicious vegetarian sandwich, they had delicious salad options, plus fun/silly options like gummy bears, chocolate-covered pretzels, brownies, sizzling snack mix, and other vegetarian-friendly choices. There was also soda, juice, club soda, cold water with cucumber, and great coffee drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, and teas, and the bar offers a full selection of alcoholic beverages (tip the bartender please). A special thank you to Ali, who made this visit exceptional. He remembered my sister and my family from their last visit (I look a lot like my sister), which made us feel so welcome. Ali is incredibly kind, attentive, and quick to clear tables and keeps everything spotless. If you have a chance chat with him. I also enjoyed using my Spanish translator to chat with some of the staff, and everyone was warm and friendly. My middle school Spanish is embarrassing but they are all so polite!!! The hospitality here is what really stands out and Siham, the manager ensures also that your entire time is perfect, if not just ask. The staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. If you're traveling through MCO, this lounge is absolutely worth visiting just for the wonderful service and welcoming atmosphere!

It is really just a place to get a free drink, alcoholic or non, the choice is yours. Also depending on the time of the day to have a little snack to keep the hangry side of you in place and not lash out at anyone. The one in Orlando was ok. We were on an early flight, and they had some breakfast options but because it was very early, they were not serving alcohol until a certain time. Food selection was equal to what you see at certain hotels with the already made omelets and oatmeal. Nice little spot to grab some freebies before your flight. Is it the best lounge out there? Of course not but they stay in their lane and do not try to compete out of their weight class. They know their place and I don't see them ever moving out of that place.

After my first visit over a year ago, I held back in writing a review initially. Now having come…read moreback at a different time of day and having a totally different experience altogether, I feel ready to share - but, why did I wait? Well, quite simply - depending on when you visit, the experience varies drastically. First: Location Its in MCO's Terminal C, the new-ish terminal housing mostly international-based airlines, ...and JetBlue. JetBlue is the only domestic airline in the terminal. You can find the lounge just past the main Palm Court on the left side of the concourse. Second: Access Plaza Premium Lounge MCO Terminal C has a "priority line" for American Express Platinum and Centurion cardholders, in addition to accepting Priority Pass, DragonPass, and some others. At times, there may be lengthy lines for entry. Third: the Space Once in the lounge, the entry elevator and stairs are at the opposite end of the space from the bar and main food area. There's lots of seating that overlook both the central Palm Court concourse below, and on the other side, the airfield. It's long and narrow, with 5 single unisex restrooms in the middle of the space - a juice and cereal bar in the first room, and the main hot food area and bar in the second. There's also showers available. Fourth: the Food Breakfast is decent - on my visit there was both cheesy eggs and non-cheesy eggs, diced potato home fries, and sausage patties, with some pastries too. In the refrigerated case next to the hot food bar, some lunch-style salads that I didn't try - but notably I didn't see any yogurt. Lunch - well, all I can recall is that it was just okay....(this was on my prior visit). and now, finally, Fifth: the differential... Visiting before a morning flight ? Super relaxing, easy to find a place to sit and enjoy some food, wifi, etc away from the noisy concourse - felt like a solid lounge overall. Visiting later in the day? I was lucky to find an open seat, had to basically hover to wait for others to leave before finding a seat, including bar seats. Food was, just okay. And the layout of the food became confusing , and of course, more crowded, too. Those five unisex single bathrooms? Easily a 10-15 min wait with several people also waiting in line. Just simply not very relaxing at all. I imagine with peak international departures and - the ONLY - lounge in terminal C, that's just how it is. There are no other airline lounges nor other non-airline lounges in MCO terminal C.

Renovations can understandably cause inconvenience for current travelers as improvements are made…read morethat will benefit future travelers. But at 2 am, staff required everyone - without warning - to walk past the train, go outside, and then proceed down a long maze of ramps. We then boarded a bus and waited, until we were ultimately instructed to get off the bus, walk back up the ramps and around to the train that in fact was working and had just pulled away. We did not discern an apology or explanation, despite the fact that a family member already had difficulty walking. Hopefully just a late-night glitch, but you may want to be prepared during renovations.

I recently flew out to Orlando for my first time since around 2013 for a work conference, and…read morememories immediately came back from the last time I was there from the airport to the hotel. Unfortunately, I didn't have time on my trip to enjoy a lot of what makes Orlando unique and special. I flew on American Airlines and found myself flying in and out of Terminal B, Airside 3. It was easy to navigate between the gates, baggage claim, and shuttle pick-up area. Unlike friends who absolutely hate flying, I enjoy the travel experience, especially when using some helpful tools like CLEAR, Global Entry/TSA Pre-Check, airport lounge membership, and airline status, most of which I was able to enjoy during my Orlando visit. When checking in, I typically have been able to skip the check-in area if I didn't need to check bags (as I checked in online) though this time, I checked in at the priority area for assistance and checking bags. I then went to the Terminal B check-in and used Global Entry and CLEAR (or TSA Pre-Check Touchless) to skip most of the line at Security while keeping my shoes on (thanks to an American Express Platinum card which comes with credits for both). Orlando's Terminal B offers multiple airline lounges including The Club MCO, Delta Sky Club, United Club, and Admirals Club. While the AMEX Platinum (or Priority Pass) provide access for entry to The Club MCO (when flying any airline) and the Delta Sky Club (when flying Delta), they weren't near my gate, and I wasn't flying Delta. Rather, my gate was right next to the Admirals Club, which I also had access to. After a short wait, I was able to enjoy that lounge. I wrote a separate review about my experience there, which was quite positive. Upon arriving and picking up my luggage, which had a bit of a wait, my colleague and I headed to Ground Transportation to take advantage of the Mears Shuttle to one of the hotels in the area. I then took rideshare to get back to the airport, and I was dropped off right outside of the check-in area for all of the Terminal B airlines. I also found the tram was easy to get on and off and to navigate between my gate and baggage claim. I have no idea when I plan to be back in Orlando again but I would certainly welcome the chance to fly through the Orlando International Airport again.
