The Junk Medics are truly a wonderful company. This was the second time we had the pleasure of having them out and the first time we got to meet the owner CJ and his lovely fiancee Shannon. He and everyone that works for him are absolutely truly wonderful people and a true delight to work with. They are efficient, professional, the booking is easy and one of the best parts is much of their stuff goes to recycling. Their prices are reasonable and their service is top notch. Communication is wonderful too in terms of appointment reminders and ETA times. These guys were great! Super respectful of property. Fast and efficient. They donate the good stuff and take the rest to the dump. They do all the heavy lifting. The two guys who took my stuff were super nice. I filled a debris trailer and a pick up truck bed with all my junk and they loaded it in less than two hours. Then they swept my garage. I called the Junk medics on a Monday to come remove a few large items (couch, lawn mower, etc) and they came less than 48 hours later. They have a great process, very clear and straightforward. 2 men came to the house, quoted our items on the spot, and if you agree they take it away and they send the bill. Very reasonably priced, and it was so nice for them to just take it away within 10 minutes. They were pleasant, very nice people, and clearly have a great business. If you need junk removed, I would not look any further! The Junk Medics Team was very professional, price was great, and for me, most importantly, compassionate. They helped me with my father's house and we had a house full of stuff to remove... I mean a lot! They worked throughout the day and they were fast! It really struck me that when they were removing things or finding "treasures" in the house, they talked about items in a way that was appreciating the value of it. Not sure how to explain it, but it was nice to hear "hey that's cool" or "Are you sure you don't want to keep this?", instead of treating the items like "junk" and just tossing it without thought. With a house full of memories, it was just so compassionate of the team to handle this job the way that they did. They did in fact find some treasures that we definitely needed to keep, so it was nice that they had good eyes of everything they were working with! I called CJ and his crew at Junk Medics last Saturday morning after a referral from a neighbor on my local NextDoor. He responded immediately and set me up with an early afternoon appointment after seeing a picture of the junk (that had been dumped by the house flipper/contractor). I advised him that there may be access issues as I had piled up all the junk in my sloped back yard, adjacent to a large sloped open space. CJ and his 2-man crew came out, he assessed and determined that he and his crew would haul everything out by hand (so as not to risk equipment or the crew).
