Great experience! Asked for a quote around midnight on a Saturday night, and they came first thing in the next morning. I had a ton of moving boxes, packing paper, and garbage that needed to be taken down three flights of stairs and about 200 feet to dumpsters. They did it with a smile on their face and finished in less than an hour. Even took the time to step on the paper in the dumpster; he was knowledgeable enough to know property manager might complain that I had overfilled the dumpster. I was shopping around on yelp here looking for someone that could take a big ole piano that was left when i bought the house and a fridge. The piano had to weight over 1000lbs I was getting quotes in the 300-500 range. Then I got quote from Land's at 200 but said it would be cheaper if I could help load and I had no problem with that.
