Very Disappointing Experience -- I Would Not Recommend This Company I was referred to this company by Salvation Army when I contacted them about donating my furniture. I strongly recommend staying away from this company. I was given a price over the phone, but when the crew arrived, additional charges suddenly appeared that had never been explained to me in advance. I felt I had little choice but to agree because the crew was already at my home. The lack of transparency and the unexpected charges were extremely disappointing. They receive good-quality furniture, yet charge customers significant fees to pick it up and then add extra charges at the last minute. In my experience, this company was not transparent or trustworthy. I would not deal with them again, and I would not recommend them to others. read more

This is not an honest business. This is the first and last time I will use Resupply. They sent The Junkiez to pick up my items. I had clearly stated in my pickup request that I would be donating a mattress and box spring and was quoted $167. Junkiez showed up and they immediately gave me the sales pitch that they would have to charge me an extra $30 because the donation recipient doesn't accept bedding of any kind. WHO IS THE DONATION RECIPIENT??? Why didn't they tell me that when I signed up online???? And of course they asked for a tip! Will never use Resupply again. It cost me a total of $219. read more

Would not recommend. This was a complete waste of time and extremely unprofessional. They showed up with a truck that was already full and were unable to complete the pickup. I had cleared my schedule and waited around all day for this, only for them to leave a large portion of the furniture behind. They then confirmed they would return the next day to finish the job--and never showed up. No call, no update, nothing. When I reached out, I was redirected to the owner/boss, who initially acknowledged the situation but then completely stopped responding after I explained the issue. At that point, I had already paid and was left with an incomplete job and no resolution. I was forced to call my card company bc of their lack of diligence. PLEASE FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY The lack of planning (showing up with a full truck), failure to follow through, and then being ignored entirely is unacceptable. If you value your time or need reliability, do not use this company. read more

Not an honest business. Avoid. I hired and paid Junkiez for an emergency job and agreed to a higher rate for hazard pay for fire debris removal. The owner of Junkiez then called and personally hired a different company to do the work (for much less) and pocketed over $350 of the amount I paid him (which I found out later by calling the company who did the actual job) The company that did the work got no "hazard pay" because Junkiez pocketed it! I addressed this with the owner of Junkiez and he admitted what he did saying the $350 he pocketed was a "brokerage fee" (I never asked him to broker for me- I was calling many companies but hired Junkiez because he was a neighbor to the damaged property and seemed like a hard working guy) Junkiez greedy business practices lost them over $2400 worth of business in just 2 days- because I hired the other company for all remaining work. read more

I forgot to write a review last time I used The Junkiez so I'm writing this review as a repeat customer. Aidan and his team are wonderful - I was cleaning out my apartment and contacted them via their website. I got a call back like 30 min later and they were able to come pick up my stuff quickly. SHOW UP. Scheduled a pick up for Saturday afternoon. Aiden called and asked if we could change it to later. Said no problem. He texted back asked if Sunday morning would work. No problem. Texted for 3-4 would work as they were "slammed". Told him no problem. They never showed up or called. Called 1800gotjunk and they came as promised and were cheaper. Showed up more than an hour late of. 4 hour window. Moved 6 items (a small nightstand, a reading chair as examples) and charged as "large" defined as needing 2 people to love them, but moved every item with one person. added a "stairs" charge even though the elevator and ramp were available (said they didn't see the ramp?!). I used Re Supply to donate a small, two piece sectional and a love seat and ottoman. Outside of the couch portion, each piece could be carried by one person. The Junkiez was scheduled, but never showed up. I tried again on a different date and this time they did show up but inflated the transportation cost by charging me for each piece of the furniture items. The cost was $100 more than the original quote. After all that hassle I was just ready to be done so they took the items. read more
