Dylan and Lemon gave us a very reasonable estimate and proceeded to clear out the unwanted items quickly and efficiently. Some items needed to be disassembled in order to get them out the door but this did not even slow them down. I am happy to change the review if this matter gets resolved quickly. I had an appointment window for 330-5:30pm today, September 7th I had a missed call and a text at 12:36 PM. I was not at home and when I got in touch with them they asked could we come early and I said I was not ready. They said OK we will come at 3:30 PM Because, I was clearing out things in my home to put on the curbside for junkluggers to pick up. I didn't see a call and when I called back no one picked up and they had no voicemail set up. I had to call the person who had called me at 12:36 to have Jared call me back. Jared said could they reschedule. I said all my stuff is out on the curb then he didn't seem to know what to do. He said he'd get in touch with his supervisor and still I have yet to hear back from him. I texted him a video of the stuff on my curb and I called their customer service line number. They couldn't get a hold of anyone. An appointment was confirmed and they accepted the fact that I was not ready and would come at 3:30 PM. So how is it acceptable that it's my appointment time and everyone has already gone home. I just called back the national customer service line and they told me that that pick up had been canceled. I was not informed that that it happened. I would love to speak to the owner and really had high hopes for this working out. Instead, I received the opposite of what I feel most of these reviews say about this company. read more

Solid Service ~ start to finish. Had a variety of items, all different sizes. The gentlemen gave us a reasonable estimate and stuck to it! No changes of fees or change in how much they figured the items would fill the truck. I really appreciate that and was shocked at how affordable it ended up being. They easily could have arranged the items in such a way that made it look like it filled the entire truck thus costing us more. But they were honorable and I highly recommend their business. I didn't have a ton of items to remove, but still...the three gentlemen were SO, SO quick. I told them to please just knock on my door when they were done, and it was, like, 2-3 minutes?!? They're Fantastic! I had Pallets, carpet rolls to recycle and Junk that accumulated at our North Austin Warehouse. Great service. The crew called when they were on their way just like I was told they would. They arrived within the agreed upon window and were quick with the quote. Once I gave the go ahead, they got right to work. They had to call in a second truck with additional help to get the 20 year old swing set gone, but it did not effect my price.
