I got him back and his paw were wet and she said he was nipping at them while trying to put on his collar. A handler that's well known regionally with DOD and police helped me train my dog since he was a puppy(just basic obedience no bite work) Hilliard always gave my dog 5/5 stars and even sent me a picture of them playing fetch. He is has always been a great dog. The best dog I don't deserve. I can recall him from a full sprint. With that being said I don't believe the worker that said he was nipping. It may have been a one day thing but that's enough for me. I'll be going somewhere else for now on.

The front yard is not fenced. Our one dog took off and was missing for 5 days. Their web site states they have frequent potty breaks during the day but we found out that they are left alone for 10 hours while they are at work. IF you choose to take your dog their please insist that they are only allowed in fenced areas AND know that they are alone all day.

Over the years, we have tolerated long appointment times, delayed pick-up times, and grooming services that are not differentiated from other local groomers. TODAY I waited for over 15 minutes to check my dog in! The receptionist inexplicably left while the groomer consulted with the customer ahead of me. When the groomer was done, she left me alone in the "waiting" room. The receptionist soon returned and could not find the appointment for my dog! I will NEVER pay their prices when customers are so taken for granted.
