Super nice guy - professional and helpful (good tips) - friendly and welcoming. Sending us off with a God bless was a nice touch, although I could see that sounding funny to some folks, ha ha. (Dear God, please watch over us on this chair lift...) It was the kids' 1st time on a chair lift / ski lift, and it was a good one. Had to go open-air. No one freaked out. They even took selfies together on it. So sweet. Great views on the way down! Lift was rebuilt in... 2019 (?) after wildfires destroyed it, but they maintained a great old-school feel. Now! To the top. The SkyBridge. THE SKYBRIDGE. WOW. So so cool. Longest suspension bridge in North America, apparently. It was awesome, complete with grating and plexiglass at the middle. Amazing views. A little scary, sure, but so cool. Was stoked the kids wanted to walk across it multiple times. The trails up top are better than I expected. Not top tier Smokies trails, but better than expected. And more good views. Tulip Tower was cool, too. The overall SkyPark area was also beautifully landscaped. REALLY impressive - beautiful. Highly recommended.

My kids could have played for hours. It's multiple levels and really large. I felt that staff could have been more present in the children's area though. They were just hanging out and talking and not helping to keep the slide area safe. While we were there a parent lost her child and no staff was present anywhere. That was discouraging. It's beautiful here. So many beautiful views. Entertainment, and lots of nice places to sit and relax. We even had a chance to see a black bear.

The entire operation is a giant cash grab. In order to do most of the activities, an additional fee is required. As the storm moved in, they were still taking people's money. Definitely there are better options for families in the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge areas that are more reasonable in costs and better value. Wanted to have a good time. Left disappointed. No plans to come back. Not how I expected to be treated as a paying customer. Young employees not trained to respond to the situation. Just disappointing the unsafe conditions they put every family that was that was at Anakeeesta in. Just unprepared and unacceptable. There are other situations that require emergency responses, and I highly doubt they are prepared to respond.

We were the youngest ones at the show, but my mother-in-law loved every second and actually said that this was probably one of the best " "impersonators" she had ever seen- and that is quite a compliment coming from her because she has seen many over the course of her life. Please keep in mind that this experience is truly what you make of it and if you go with a positive attitude and with a true Elvis fan, you will walk out with a smile on your face! The shower was all glass with new tile and good water pressure, and my room had a sink with open design so there was plenty of room. The bed was big and pretty comfortable. My view was nothing special, it was over an unfilled pool toward the road, but i wasn't in the room during the day much so it didn't bother me! The rooms are equipped with nice new keypad locks and feel very secure. And the park is all of a 2 minute drive from the entrance to the national park, you could walk into the park in about 10 minutes if you wanted to. I came for the park so this was the biggest perk, it made for easy coordination of the days so i could get back and rest once I was tired. There are a few spots right in front of the place (about 4) but you can use the open lot across the street so there's plenty. Overall for $230 with tax etc I felt pretty comfortable and safe; if k was visiting the national park again I would certainly stay again :)

We went during the daytime so there were only about five actors (or less), but they sneak through many back doors and meet you in every scene and it's somehow scary every time. They did a really great job with this! We got to talking with Cricket for awhile before we entered the house. He was so friendly for a ghoul! Even though he was absolutely scary, it was fun to see him in the house. He felt like a trusted advisor on the terrifying journey. Not advised for little kids though. The poor boy in front of us was crying which I understand.
