The family went to the Saturday Midtown Farmer's Market of Sacramento. We found the food truck on the south end of the strip. There was no line, and I decided to give it a try I ordered the lamb kabob, and it was one kabob, rice, and salad. This cost $15. I thought that was expensive, but the meat chunks were not small when received. The flavor is delicious, and the rice has a slight hint of flavor similar to Italian Dressing. That was also delicious. The salad is a refreshing mixture. I recommend this food truck and look forward to eating here. read more

Just tried them out at the district 56 outdoor neighborhood market. I ordered their lamb kebab fries and they were amazing. I was hoping for a little more meat than what they gave me but the quality of the lamb and everything else was really good. They also really make everything to order which was why it took a little longer compared to other food trucks. Their service is awesome as well. I booked them for my husband's retirement party, never having tasted their food, trusting fellow yelpers; AND DID THEY DELIVER IN ALL ASPECTS! We had them prepare and serve on site. My friend and I had returned from watching a friend's daughter's soccer game in Davis and wanted a quick bite to eat as we both had other scheduled activities for the remainder of the day. She suggested eating the Saturday Sacramento Midtown Farmer's Market since she lives nearby. Neither one of us had tried The Kebab Guys but it smelled and looked amazing. We were told that they offered generous portions so my friend and I decided to split the chicken kebab fries. My goodness - so yummy. The chicken was moist and well seasoned. The fries were crisp and golden on the outside which is exactly how I like them prepared. The sauces on top were a perfect combination of flavors and my taste buds and tummy more quite satisfied and satiated. This is a great spot and the staff were very pleasant and offered wonderful customer service. If in Midtown Sacramento on a Saturday afternoon, you should most definitely give them a try. read more

Went to the midtown farmers market and found this GEM!!!! These guys are the real deal. My boyfriend ordered a chicken salad, a lamb kabab plate and fries with chicken and lamb for our family to taste it all. The customer service was above and beyond. They were all super friendly and happy to serve you delicious food! And then we got it...and Holy smokes! Each one of these plates were flavor explosions! Lots of love goes into each dish and you can taste it. The chicken is punch full of spices with that fire char (so yummy). The veggies are crunchy and fresh. The sauces are a perfect blend of Mediterranean spices that you wonder why you can't put them on everything! The rice....oh shoot! This is Mommas rice, and it tastes like heaven. The fries are basically me of the best things I've tasted in a long time. It's like a Mediterranean version of Kikis Fries, X100000000!!!!! I actually got angry at my stomach capacity at this point, because my mouth wanted more than my stomach could handle, lol. What takes the cake here is the lamb though. Delicious! I ordered the chicken plate, which comes with salad, salsa, ranch dressing, mint chutney and basmati rice. I assumed the sauces would be in small cups inside the container, and was surprised to see the ranch and chutney sauces already poured over the salad and chicken, respectively. I thought it would be an odd pairing all mixed in the container, but wow was it good. The subtle char on the grilled chicken was somehow enhanced by the drizzle of mint chutney, and the mixing of the ranch in with the basmati and salsa gave a nice tang to the entire dish. Everything was delicious; hot crispy french fries and fresh ingredients. The lamb was cooked just right and was very flavorful. I really enjoyed the combination of their ranch sauce and Sriracha mayo. Also the salsa on top, which I think was more like a pico de gallo, was really tasty too. Five stars for these guys for sure!
