I had to find a last minute caterer for my son's baby shower. I turned to google, like everyone else, and looked at reviews. I choose Brisket Daddy because of the reviews... and ya'll were on point. I also searched his FB page and saw that he serves the homeless, I was sold! The BBQ chicken was juicy, tender and delicious. It was the first thing gone! This place had been advertising about finally doing a pop up after a long time only doing private events for a while. I had been waiting for them to do a pop up for a while cause I've heard good things about their food. Their advertisement said food will be ready at noon 8/1/26 I was there at 12:10 to a bunch of upset people walking back to their cars. Apparently they allowed people to come early and put in preorders without letting everyone know. So the people who were able to put in preorders took all the food that was SUPPOSED to be ready at noon. Now the people who showed up and noon like they were supposed to are being told by the staff it will be AT LEAST an hour before more orders can be filled. Their food might be good, but that's just a slap in the face and I don't take kindly to my time being wasted I drove 25 minutes to this location. Very unprofessional. I will be taking my business elsewhere for my bbq. I believe in second chances so I will try them again since I've heard good things but they need to get that together.
