It was their floor refinishing at my property that, as you can see, left me feeling GROSSLY deceived, especially for being an out of town owner & trusting them !! My experience was that it became very hard to get them to understand this was their mistake & their responsibility. He came out, assessed the situation, provided good advice and options on how to proceed. His assessment was that prior moisture issues in our crawlspace had lead to a very squeaky sub-floor which required removal of the existing laminate flooring and re-securing the sub-floor with screws. We discussed the pluses and minus of new flooring options and decided to go with a solid hardwood hickory floor. We chose to remove all the baseboards and existing flooring ourselves which saved some money. The installation crew (Frank, Frank Jr., and Martin) spent a week re-securing the subfloor, and installing the new hardwood floor and reinstalling the baseboards. From end to end the whole process was very professionally handled. Communication with Ryan and the office staff was clear, helpful, and informative, and I can't say enough about the install crew. They were there early every day until the job was done and they were meticulous in their craftsmanship. All-in-all a job very well done. We're very happy with the result and NO MORE SQUEAKING FLOORS!

Burke and Ryan were professional and very knowledgeable, making our carpet selection an easy process. We knew when the materials would arrive, when the installation would take place, and communication throughout was good.
