They actually ruined my old carpet which is OK because it's old but had it been new that would've been a real mess. They could not even remove a normal stain!! He came on time, walked around the house with me to appraise what needed to be done, gave me an estimate, which I approved, and he started cleaning right away. We have never had our carpets cleaned professionally before and Gifford did a wonderful job! We rent out our home in Neskowin occasionally and alway shampooed the carpet ourselves with our Royal carpet cleaner. Well, this time there were a few stains we could not remove so we knew we needed help. Not only did Gifford get the stains out but he left all our carpets looking and feeling cleaner than ever!
