They charged me 460 for just changing 2 cylinder and creating 2 keys. I still don't know why I got charged so much. I could have get a new lock with a much lower price. They did not communicate with me before starting the process but honestly they did a great job. The technician went out and came out with a fixed lock and indicated, I need to pay 460$. Pros is they were friendly and did a nice job. But they charged $800 to redo one deadbolt and change a doorknob. Which was a total rip off. When I asked multiple times the total he would tell me 295 to redo the deadbolt and $50 per lock to make it safer whatever that means so that is $400 they never told me price for the new door handle lock . Which was $300 and the same lock at Home Depot is $30. And then they added on another $300 for a tip I did not approve. They are beyond a ripe off . I try to be fair in all my reviews and this place will rob you blind. I reported it to my credit card company and they turned in a signed copy with a tip that I did not put in the receipt.
