There seemed to be someone cleaning most of the day. The best part was the staff on the 2nd floor. They were, to a person, caring and understanding. They are a bit understaffed on weekend overnights. The food however lacks. Nutrition is a big part of healing. Visits from family/friends helps greatly too. Arden cannot supply that.

Then two days after my 100 days was up McDuffie a social worker who calls himself a doctor and Nancy from the finance office came to visit me and told me it was against medical advice to sign myself out thus I became private pay and they demanded from me 85 hundred dollars. Let me tell you I got no better and will probably have to return to the hospital shortly. By the way I appealed my case to a third step. Do not go to Arden house!!!

We could not get our questions answered in a timely manner and she should have received more extensive therapy but did not. They basically let her have a bed for a few weeks. They were not helpful in providing strategies for the family to use so all we could do was read the TBI manual and fend for ourselves. We were absolutely not happy with the results of her time there. They would not let her walk on her own so she was either in bed, a chair or wheelchair. My suggestion is that you have family there all day and night to support your loved one.

I did some reading of reviews on several therapy places. This place seemed very positive. It's extremely clean, everyone is very nice, the therapist are very knowledgeable. There's a large room you can work in or if you prefer you can go into a private room. It's been three weeks I have been going twice a week. It's a slow go, but my back has been bothering me since October and it's now December. I am very happy I found this therapy group. The only negative I have found is they are closed weekends. They do make up for it though they always have appointments at 5 or 5:30.
