The project was delivered on time and exactly as we had discussed with them. Where we were most impressed though was in the level of customer service they provided. After removing the insulation in our basement, we found a few surprises that were covered up by the old insulation. Founders was extremely accommodating as we worked with other contractors to get those issues (unexpected and unrelated to insulation) squared away. I realize having the other contractors come in was probably pretty disruptive to their workflow, and Brian and his team said he understood our situation and did everything he could to help us out. They had someone come over to the house to check the other rooms had them pull up our floor boards to take a look then never followed up to actually provide the service. I have called both my point of contact and the office multiple times with no response. As a result I am having to go with another company to have the rest of our work done which is extremely unfortunate.
