Second my eyes were burning so bad because she didn't have a fan. Third she used tape on my eyes just tape no eye pads or anything, she didn't prep my lashes at all nothing. I get up to pay for the 5 spikes on each eye and she wanted 250$! Wow that's a lot for not even close to what I asked for. As soon as I got to my car they started falling out. So I texted her the next day and I had asked her why they were falling out. She said did you get them wet I said no not at all. I proceeded to ask what we could do to resolve this and she said I can fit you in next week. I kindly informed her that I wasn't comfortable going back to get my lashes done and I would like a partial refund because I understood her time was important. Then she is ignoring me and not answering text or calls. Very bad service would not recommend. Not happy. Not a good business at all and not good customer service

She also asked me to return product which was paid for so she could "check" what she had given me. She kept the serums and gave me a used replacement. This woman needs a course in integrity, should have her license pulled. This is an abbreviated post.
