In town for Christmas, decided to see if we could grab some new ink on a whim. Contacted the shop through IG and was put in contact with Laura on Christmas Eve in the afternoon. Set up an appointment for the day after Christmas. She was able to sit my wife, my niece, and me one right after the other! Pretty legit experience! The shop is in the same little strip as a gas station and doesn't look like much from the outside but it is a nice pro set up on the inside. If you're looking for a shop with a ton of flash art in big flip pages this isn't it (nothing wrong with that either just not available here). Laura took our ideas and said give me an hour. We came back and she had all three designs drawn up and they were legit! Clean needles, clean work area quality lines and shading. She took my idea that I tried to express in my non artist words and turned it into what I wanted! Highly recommend! Worth noting they are cash only. Over a year ago I went in on a Saturday to take advantage of the $30 piercing deal. I got two nipple piercings. I've since had to have one removed because the piercer pierced into my nipple and breast. It never properly healed and I have a scar now. Cannot stress enough, do NOT get a nipple piercing here!!!! read more

I've gotten all my piercings here and the lady is the sweetest person in the world she made the whole experience much more calming especially for people afraid of needles. I got my nipples pierced by Rene. However, the piercings were way too deep which was clear after the swelling had gone down some. After a few days I was already noticing bumps on either side, and I had been cleaning them 3x a day and doing everything I could to prevent scarring/infection. I had to take them out after four days which was extremely disappointing. While I'm sure this shop has amazing tattoo artists I can't help but wonder about the credentials/experience of their piercers. Would NOT recommend getting nipple piercings unless you want areola/boob piercings. Very upset and disappointed. Would attach pics but I don't think that's allowed on yelp Edit: I may have to go to the hospital as my boobs are abnormally sore and lymph nodes are extremely swollen. Again, I kept up with cleaning and only had them in for 4 days. Maybe don't offer piercings you are clearly incapable of doing safely/correctly. It's more than a wast of money, it's a health hazard. Going to look into legal action because despite the "normal risks" with piercings, I should not be held responsible for the piercer's/shop's lack of training/safety. read more

This parlor is amazing. I was in Nor Cal a few years ago....and at the time my then girlfriend and i wanted a tattoo to remember the trip. After all this time my tattoo still looks great. If i go back to Nor Cal i'm coming here no doubt. It looked very professional and not what I expected. (In a good way) the front desk guy was very welcoming. Jason was about to start a tattoo on someone who was before me. Love syndicate tattoo! Im a Leo so I went in there a year and a half ago with an INSANE picture of a lion that I pulled off of the Internet and fell in love with. (Keep in mind, this was my first tattoo!) I saw Jason Langley, and he looked over the picture and made some suggestions on certain things that might be better to change up to make it look great and told me he'd sketch it up. We exchanged phone numbers and he said he could text me photos of the sketch as soon as it was done and we could schedule an appt to get it done. I could tell that this tattoo was a little crazy and was gonna take some time because the detail was so tiny, but he went for it! A week later, he sent me an awesome outline, and we made an appointment to have it done. This was a 6/7 hour long tat, but he busted it out and did a great job. We had an appointment to get matching tattoos and when we arrived our artist showed our scratch to us and we assumed prepping the area he had told my husband it was super simple and would take about 20 minutes. After he began speaking to another client for quite a long time I got up to ask when we would be getting started as we had plans later that day. *DISCLAIMER: to the artists (Jason) defense, I was requesting ink in one of the worst places to get it as far as probability of quality goes (side of finger), and wanted one simple word in cursive in a plain font. So the combo of boring yet risky makes me a non-ideal client from the get go. And I think he was having a long day MY COMPLAINT: I told him before scheduling the appointment what I wanted, where I wanted it, and asked other than high chance of needing constant touch ups should I be prepared for other issues. Said nah, let's make an appointment and give him the deposit Show up and now that I'm here it's "a shitty fucking tattoo idea". Gets all irritated and makes more insulting remarks that have no productive input when I ask him to change the shape of some of the letters. As if the changes were idiotic and insignificant, like I'm asking him to write a birthday card and not a friggin tattoo. Then Ask him to change the curvature of one friggin letter after his initial draw up and he flips out. Would have taken him 5 friggin seconds to change. Instead he says he refuses, tells me "if you ever get a real tattoo you'll feel like a dumbass about all this!" (for the record, I have 18 hours of work from my inner thigh to my rib cage, a collaborative mural done by 3 different artists, and none of them disrespected me for requesting minute preference changes to a design. Just because I don't have tear drops on my face or a sleeve doesn't mean I don't have ink...) And kicks me out of the shop lol. I hear Jason can do some badass work. But simple stuff, apparently drives him crazy. And customer service or expressing something without being a jackass about it is not his forte. This is not always a necessary priority, actual tattooing skills is usually far more important than their attitude or customer service, especially if you don't need to collaborate with them on the design. These people are scandalous. Watch out. I got a tattoo here 7 years ago. Their art is beautiful, but for a piece that's about 4"x4" it cost me $120 (I was quoted $40-$50 by every other shop). I was ok with that, only because you get what you pay for with tattoos, and they claimed I can get free touch ups for life. Well recently I came in for a touch up, and the artist told me he knows I got it there by the art, but they apparently "stopped doing free touchups". Bullshit, as a business you cannot offer something free for life and then stop doing it. You can stop offering people free touchups for life, but you cannot stop giving it to the customers who you offered it to. Btw I've never come in for a free touch up until now. read more

She pierced my nose, nipples, and ear and not once did I have a problem with the healing process. My nose healed fairly quick, same with my my nipple piercings. The people at the front desk are super cool and friendly, very clean shop. High quality piercings for a great price. I love going in to get new piercings because I can always trust that I'm getting my money's worth and it's sanitary, and also because René makes you feel so comfortable, there is no awkwardness and conversation is very easy. 10/10 recommend read more
