This salon is definitely a full service salon & spa. I was referred to Grand Precision from another 5 star salon when I wanted extensions put in my hair a couple of years ago, and I haven't gone anywhere else since. I get everything done there. Haircuts; hair extensions; highlights & coloring; deep keratin conditioning treatments; hyaluronic lip enhancement and my favorite of all, eyebrow microblading. Deborah turned my blond, barely there strips of brow into a pair of beautifully defined full brows. It's been 2 years and they are still beautiful. No more drawing or filling in my brows or worrying about smudging or sweating them off or worst of all, swimming them off, lol. I can honestly say, microblading was a game changer, I only wish I had done it sooner! So what's next for me? A Facial most definitely. Pencil me in girls. So I went here for my first time to get my lashes done, Abigail did them and I asked for volume hybrid set, at most I got was a few volume spikes on either eye. Second my eyes were burning so bad because she didn't have a fan. Third she used tape on my eyes just tape no eye pads or anything, she didn't prep my lashes at all nothing. I get up to pay for the 5 spikes on each eye and she wanted 250$! Wow that's a lot for not even close to what I asked for. As soon as I got to my car they started falling out. So I texted her the next day and I had asked her why they were falling out. She said did you get them wet I said no not at all. I proceeded to ask what we could do to resolve this and she said I can fit you in next week. I kindly informed her that I wasn't comfortable going back to get my lashes done and I would like a partial refund because I understood her time was important. Then she is ignoring me and not answering text or calls. Very bad service would not recommend. Not happy. Not a good business at all and not good customer service read more

I've been a client at Grand Precision for four years now and they're AWESOME!!  I was referred to by a friend who called them "color masters" :)  My hair is thick and annoying and I'm going gray. I highly recommend the Keratin treatment. My hair stays shiny and soft like it was 15 years ago.lol. I went to grand precision because of the low prices for body waxing on their website. It does say on their website that a brazilian would be $54, but they hire independent contractors and prices may vary. I did end up paying $65 instead, which would be ok if i was happy with the waxer. This place is ultimately fantastic but waxing is not their specialty. I would recommend Grand Precision to anybody looking for any of their other services. They had an amazing environment and the staff was fantastic. I loved the feeling there. But if you're looking for any other kind of waxing other than eyebrow, go somewhere else. They only have 1 esthetician who does body waxing also (Bonnie), and she definitely doesn't do it very often. But great place for everything else, definitely! Update: I've had multiple brazilians done before, and this one is by far the most painful one i've had. My skin is extremely red, swollen, puffy, and it hurts to move. It's also burned and bruised in some places too. Which only happens from poor waxer quality. She was nice enough but wow this hurts! Got my eyelashes done my Ashely a few months back. And I needed a fill. My regular girl couldn't get me in last minute. So I'm familiar with eye lash extensions, good work and good quality of lashes. And these were neither. My eyes felt extremely heavy, I was not going for a full dramatic look. I usually do hybrid lashes. That night I had an emergency flight and I had to take them ALL off on my way to the airport. or else I would have ask her to remove them. And was quite embarrassed to have lashes like these on my eyes. But very poor quality of lashes, they felt and looked like strip lashes just cut in pieces and placed on. The placement was terrible, they were laying on my real eyelashes all funky and they were extremely thick and uncomfortable. Being someone who gets there lashes filled every 2 weeks. I was very disappointed. Safe to say, stick to your go to person. I learned my lesson! read more

so, here's the thing. I am turning 55 this year and my eyebrows are having none of that. they ditched me. 3 years ago I had microblading done in the bay area... then another place 1 1/2 years later. I was still not happy with them as they appeared to be too light, fading, etc. I loved the shape of them just not having to fill them in every day. THEN I met Abigail. We both decided the third time was going to be a charm. It's been 4 days and I couldn't be happier with them. (she has photos, not me) They look great. More importantly, no filling in necessary! Deborah did my microblading a couple days ago and it looks amazing. I cried and cried when I saw the results. It was the first time I've seen realistic eyebrows on my face in years. I'd never given much care to where I went for a men's haircut, but once I went to Grand Precision Salon I kept going back. The environment is inviting and relaxing. Grand precision salon was highly recommended for permanent eyeliner, so I scheduled an appointment with Abi. A mistake that I have to look at everyday in the mirror. I asked for a misty/ombre winged eyeliner it is a subtle line very close to the lash line with a smokey eye effect (see photos) what I got was a heavy uneven line with a curled wing that is not at the natural line of the my eyelid. When she drew on the eyeliner it was placed just right but she deviated form the drawing and I now have a curly wing escaping from the middle of my eyelid. There is no misty ombre effect at all and the line is very uneven. I reached out two days after the procedure, when the swelling subsided and I was able to see what I had gotten, to express my unhappiness and request a refund. After an initial response I was ignored for 2 days. When she responded she asked me to come in to take a look, she advised that it takes time maybe it just needs to heal, there is no amount a healing that is going to change the basic shape of a tattoo no change the placement of the wing. When I approached the salon owner I was basically told it was my fault for having wrinkly skin, well I guess if that was the case I should have been advised that my 40 year old skin was too old for such a procedure. I am now out over $400 that they refuse to refund, plus I will have to pay another artist to correct what was so terribly done by Abi. I do not recommend using Grand Precision salon for permanent makeup. read more

While I was visiting friends up north with my family my mom needed her brows done. She wanted them to look thicker and to be defined. Thanks to Yelp I was lucky to find Grand Precision! They were super friendly and gave my mom a consultation that made her feel very comfortable about what they were going to do. The place was very clean and made us feel very welcomed and my mom felt ready to go. The lady that helped my mom was very quick and my mom was super happy with the results. Deborah did such a fantastic job on my eyebrows! She is so talented, and thorough! She listened to what I wanted and replicated it exactly to my specifications, but in such a natural way that no one can tell I even had them done, even though they all know they look perfect now. I was more than a bit reluctant to get my eyebrows micro-bladed. But now that it is done I'm wondering why I waited so long. It is not a fast process from start to finish but you definitely want to wait while the numbing agent to kicks in.
