When they did the template, I sat there for three hours while they did it not one person asked me anything to come to find out. They couldn't speak English, and they couldn't understand any English. When they put the granite on the backsplash, it doesn't match any of the veining and the customer service is NILL. A gentleman came out to look at what was wrong said he would be in touch and I never heard from him again I reached out to him through text with no answer. Now I'm stuck hiring another granite company to repair their mistakes. Do not use this granite company. You will not be happy with their workmanship.

My father was a home builder for 50 years who also built custom cabinets, so I've seen how they are…read moremade and know a good product. And Victor of Hoosier Custom Cabinet Designs is as good as my father ever was. We hired him six years ago after seeing all the custom cabinets he built in his own home in Mount Dora. Our home was built in 1963 and our plan was to preserve the vintage look of the original cabinets in our bathroom and kitchen. Not only did Victor improve my original cabinet design, he added lots of ingenious storage areas in a very tight bathroom. The install was seamless and no one has ever guessed which cabinet is original and which is brand new. The only way to see the difference is when you open a drawer, as Victor utilized the new ball bearing drawer slides. There was a small issue with a router profile that Victor promptly and happily fixed. Fast forward to 2019...time to finally redo the kitchen. One problem, previous owners had removed a lower cabinet to install a dishwasher...something we don't use. Since the original cabinets were in place, solidly built and totally functional, we needed a cabinet made to EXACTLY replicate the existing cabinets. Victor to the rescue once again. He actually did several design consultations with me and offered the perfect cabinet drawer spacing and MATCHED to a 't' the 1963 cabinets. I did have to knock down the corners of the drawer fronts to match the old cabinets, but otherwise no problems. He and his installer Tony expertly shortened two upper cabinets in order for a taller refrigerator and over the stove microwave/vent. In an older home you never know what you're gonna run in to...but they both worked together and solved numerous issues so the redo would go smoothly. Sometimes I can be indecisive, but Victor was very patient when I changed my mind a couple of times on a minor issue. It all worked out wonderfully and we are THRILLED with the finished product. She knows all the best people so I wasn't too surprised when she said Creative Floors because I'd gone out myself to three different floor companies for three different estimates and they far and away seemed like the most honest and the most on top of things. A lot of people really marked up the cost of flooring so they could 'give you a deal' which immediately put me off. Creative Flooring doesn't do that. The guys that came and did my floor worked really hard and did a great job of making it perfect. Someone must have accidentally tripped over the cord for my adjustable bed frame and the cord broke - I was really impressed that Creative Floors took care of it. The person we worked with was Bob who was just terrific! He was patient, helpful, and professional with us the whole way and made buying the flooring a real breeze. My whole experience was great. I would highly recommend these guys. The people they sent out to do the floors were some of the hardest working guys I've met.

This guy Mo took our $27,000 ripped apart our kitchen then picked a fight with my wife about floor…read morecolors, and put his foot down on what color we had to use and would not let us change color the same day we picked it. Mo refused to call or text my wife back. Mohommad then attempted to mark up the cabinets 70% and tricked us into letting him dump the cabinets on us without inspection. The cabinets were in fact in flat boxes and RTA (Ready to Assemble) and not ready to be installed or disclosed as cheap RTA cabinets until his driver tricked us by buying the cabinets at like $5000 or $6000 and then dropping them off for "inspection" and saying they were custom cabinets worth over $16,000 without improving assembling them in any way, insisting they were custom built when in fact they were simply colored cabinets boards in a box. He refused to refund any money and left 5-10 exposed electrical wires hanging out of our wall to try to put pressure on finishing the project for the price he wanted for a customer cabinet kitchen. Marking up cabinets by close to 200% is a scam when trying to pass off RTA cabinets as custom built when simply let in the Indonesian Manfacturers unbranded cheap boxes. We are entering our lawsuit in the next week. If you look at Orange County Lawuits in the past few year you will see where Mo/Galaxy did the same thing to another customer. Well this one isn't Small claims court and we will insist on legal fees.

Junior came out and met with us and somehow managed to translate my insane ramblings about shadowboxes and faux islands into exactly what I was wanting. He was able to make some recommendations for things I would have never even thought of (moving our stove down a few inches for extra drawers and building our fridge into the cabinets so we have more over fridge storage) and had our drawings to us immediately. He was up front about the pricing and we were able to pick and choose from options that met our needs but kept us within budget. The only real snag we hit was when my husband decided to go out on his own for places to buy granite from, but once we shopped from the list that Junior had given us things went a lot smoother. I was impressed with how organized everything was throughout the entire planning process. Junior gave us a timeline on when our work could begin and things went according to plan. The crew was friendly and worked really hard, they kept things as neat as you can expect from a kitchen remodel. Given everything I hear from other folks that have done kitchen remodels, I was braced for a lot of pain and delays, so I am pleased to report that things actually went faster than expected once I understood that the granite takes about a week to have cut after the cabinets are installed. I am so happy with my new kitchen, it is literally my dream come true. I cannot rave enough about Junior and the team from I4. =)

He asked me to send pictures and measurements and that he would be out the next day. 30 mins before he was suppose to be there, he called with a price over $9000 the highest estimate that I received. We talked about differences, and I mentioned that we had terrazzo so we did not want tile. He did not know what terrazzo was. I told him thank you, I was not interested in the estimate and hung up. I am sorry but if a estimator/designer in FL does not know what terrazzo is, I have issues since this is the most common flooring that was used in the older homes.

I trusted this company, referred by a close friend, but it became a nightmare. Dustin Chandler gave…read moreme an estimate and said at most five leveling bags might be needed, and that I'd likely get a refund since most people don't need leveling. Once the floor was torn out, they demanded 35 bags, and my cost jumped by over 50%. At that point, I felt like I was being held hostage. They told me if I didn't pay, they would leave me with an unfinished floor. I was completely stuck. Even if they had asked for 10k more, I would have had to pay. The drilling was extreme. Recessed lights came loose and fell out. Some vents fell out, and others were left hanging, turning the first floor into a mess. I had no warning this kind of damage could happen. When I couldn't get help from the staff, I contacted the owner, Celeste Carr, expecting some resolution. The worst part of this entire experience was speaking to the owner, who told me I was being offered only cents on the dollar as a courtesy, which I declined given what I had already paid. Instead of helping, she justified everything and told me I should have read the fine print. I felt betrayed. My advice: read every line carefully. This company leaves you without options once you're in. I fully expect the owner will respond with a fabricated story, but I stand by my experience.

I'm very indecisive but they have helped me pick and choose based on my feedback. Also, they can order anything you want or need! I found a beautiful selection on Pinterest and they ordered for me at no additional fee. Their showroom is great. They have tons of products and options displayed so you can get a better idea. Their pricing is comparable if not better than their competitors. They offer installation at a very reasonable price. Before install, they come out to quote but what's even better is they put together a project plan outlining the project area, colors, products, "trouble spots" etc so everyone's on the same page. We have NOT yet had our options installed but for shopping they've been great. I'll be back for install update!
