They had their delivery people bring the same sofa back to our house and it had not been fixed at all - they even stapled a new tag on this same defective sofa. The delivery guys also know it is the same sofa and they took it back with them. Ann at Saxon agreed it is the same sofa, but they will nut refund our money. After many more emails and phone calls, Ann has refused to return our money. We are out a sofa and over $2000 to this company. We are elderly and don't know what else to do. I guess this is par for the course in Florida.

I sistered the frame and it's held but the one side sinks a little. The other one just snapped as well after my child sat down. Opening it up the frame broke the same way, bowing out. I looked at the other side and it was bowing a bit too. The center brace was installed with a piece of wood too short and is splitting as well. We have gotten maybe a quarter of the life out of them we should have gotten.

As soon as I entered, a salesperson named Gloris Estabas greeted me and showed me the mattress section. I asked about a "Buy One, Get One Free" promo, and although it didn't show up in her system at first, she later said she was able to apply it. However, she did not walk me through the full pricing details, including taxes and fees, before proceeding to payment. When it came time to pay, I used my bank card, but she claimed the transaction didn't go through even though my bank showed the charge was completed for the total of $1,032.54. In the end, I was charged for a mattress I never received, and no order was ever finalized in their system. When I spoke with the supervisor, she told me that the order was not completed and that I would need to wait until the next day to see if the money would be returned to my bank account. However, the money was never refunded, and it now shows that the item was paid to Rooms to Go. I contacted my bank and started a dispute, but I was told it could take up to 10 days. Meanwhile, I'm out over the total $1,032.54, did not received support from Rooms To Go, and my son still doesn't have a mattress. Very disappointing experience.

The staff is always helpful and in the past has shown us things we might like based on past purchases. There may have been a recent staff change as we didn't recognize the sales personnel that was there on the most recent visit. I wish we had a bigger house with more rooms so we can load it up with some more stuff from here. It's good quality stuff which comes with a higher price tag, but will most likely last for years beyond some of the particle board crap at the other stores (we own that too and is already falling apart).

Right at Home is now refusing to refund the balance of our payment for items not delivered, forcing us to go to Seminole County Court to seek collection in Civil Court. Our suggestion to all customers considering doing business with this company, think twice and research similar complaints. IMO, once a liar/cheater always a liar/cheat with no regard for others. As I was paying, one of the guys just ran a container out and put it in my car. I was grateful they are considerate of where they put the bleach so it doesn't tip over. I learned each store is different so I had to give them my name and address etc. I used a gift card I had received as a promotional perk from another store- they had no issue with that. They even told me my remaining balance. I was in and out quickly. I came back to get more pool bleach and a new pool skimmer. After the hurricane, I dumped that entire container in the pool. So I was in need of more bleach. The guys delivered the bleach outside to my car - which was locked so they could not load it up. They matched my pool skimmer to one in store and brought it up to the counter. As they were ringing me up, I mentioned that I forgot to bring the ad I received in the mail which had the pool bleach on sale. The employee scanned a barcode and I received the promotional price! Awesome. I was thankful they didn't decline because I forgot the ad. Again, I was in and out quick and very thankful for these young men and women working at the store.

During one visit, Thalia was extremely rude while assisting me and made me feel very uncomfortable throughout my shopping experience. It felt like I was being followed around the store, and I noticed her speaking with other employees and laughing while watching me shop. She even came over to the register I was using and appeared to be looking through the items I was purchasing, which felt unnecessary and invasive. Customer service should make guests feel respected and comfortable, not singled out or judged. Aside from these experiences, I do enjoy this location and most of the staff are friendly and helpful, but the behavior from certain customer service employees really needs to be addressed by management.

The delivery took a few days and was done on time, even earlier than expected that day. The delivery team were professional and set up everything very quickly. However, one of the chairs received was slightly damaged, which was very disappointing. Within the 24 hours to report any damages, I was able to quickly get the chair repaired in home. Overall, I would say we're pleased with the purchase and customer service at this time. I'm hoping any future purchases will also be as easy and go well.
