I didn't care for it very much. I drink my coffee black so good coffee is harder to find. If it has some of the add ins like cream and sugar or Carmel it may have tasted better but for me after about 1/4 of the cup I was done with it. Just not my style of coffee. I tried one of the fresh made coffee cake muffins and it was pretty good. I do think he microwaved it before handing it to me which if I would have known I would have asked him not to do. I don't like anything that's been in a microwave. So I ate the top of the muffin and it was very tasty and very sweet and feed some birds the rest of it when I stopped at the brown mountain overlook. I really wanted the croissant but they were pre-made and already had sausage on them. I just wanted egg and cheese or just cheese but that wasn't an option. I was messaged 4+ times as a reminder to pay deposit (which I paid quickly and on time), and then never heard from them again. Not after I reached out on march 21st, April 14th, or April 15th via multiple different communication methods. 2.) they showed up TWO HOURS LATE. I wasn't even going to say anything until the next fiasco started. 3.) they showed up with LESS THAN HALF of the food needed to feed my guests. I messaged and confirmed on March 7th that I needed 65 guests fed. On march 21st I again reminded them of final guest count. They showed up with enough to feed 35, and their only response to me was "well, we had 3 events before you" as if that makes my $$ or event any less important? 4.) the general comments and rudeness to my guests was absolutely unacceptable. I was frustrated but not mean or rude to the staff, but my guests felt extremely uncomfortable when the comments made by their staff about me and my husband/parents. Extremely unprofessional. The ONLY positives were that they did apologize (and offer a refund) and the food was okay. The lack of communication, general behavior, and lack of over all professionalism really impacted my rehearsal dinner. Thankfully another caterer could step up.
