I didn't care for it very much. I drink my coffee black so good coffee is harder to find. If it has some of the add ins like cream and sugar or Carmel it may have tasted better but for me after about 1/4 of the cup I was done with it. Just not my style of coffee. I tried one of the fresh made coffee cake muffins and it was pretty good. I do think he microwaved it before handing it to me which if I would have known I would have asked him not to do. I don't like anything that's been in a microwave. So I ate the top of the muffin and it was very tasty and very sweet and feed some birds the rest of it when I stopped at the brown mountain overlook. I really wanted the croissant but they were pre-made and already had sausage on them. I just wanted egg and cheese or just cheese but that wasn't an option. All in all for a Sunday morning breakfast at a campground were nothing else was available it was good. I may try something else next time or just make my own coffee at the campsite.

From the baked goods to pizza it's very fresh and the barista does a fine job at making the coffees as well. My favorite is the caramel macchiato. If you haven't been to Smokey Mountain Bakers, treat yourself to an authentic Roan Mountain gem. Roan Mountain would not be the same without it.
