And bonus they were 15 percent off for the Wednesday wax promotion. All was good. I went home and opened the first one. And it worked like a charm. The second one however had leaked in the packaging. I dont get off work until late at night so I went in Thursday around the same time. They were AWESOME. exchanges arnt the easiest to do in the bud world but they helped me get it taken care of. I knew that Pop Mart was at this outlet. This was my main goal... to visit a Pop Mart, because it's not in Hawaii. Since we were there, we saw a Miniso and Claire's. We also went inside "anime World", another cute shop. Another reason why we wanted to visit Seattle Premium Outlets was to stretch our legs - because of the long drive from Vancouver to Seattle. We also needed a restroom. Gosh... it was far away from Pop Mart, Claire's, and Miniso... and walking in the rain made it more challenging! At least we accomplished all of our goals... and then some!

I've visited this store 3 times total, and attempted my 4th visit this last weekend, May 20th, 2016. When I arrived I was greeted with a sign indicating they were remodeling May 20th to May 23 - over the weekend... Over the busiest shopping period of the 7 day week. Ordinarily I would never consider writing a bad review based on a lone bad experience like this. But since this is in fact an outlet store, several miles away from mass civilization, it's common sense that you would at the very least post it on your website that your store is closed for renovation/remodeling, preventing people from having to waste an entire road trip, to get to the nearest Adidas store. Both Adidas.com, as well as the Outlet Mall's website both indicated that the store was open. So I literally drove 40+ miles, with the sole intent of visiting the adidas store, prepared to make a $80+ purchase, only to get turned away at the door. You're not allowed to make these kinds of mistakes in this industry. There should have been notice on your websites, and there's simply no excuse for this mistake. I'm loyal to the Adidas brand, and will continue to buy their products, but this particular outlet store will never see another dollar from me.
