Why is he not helping in busy sections and leading by example? Additionally, I've seen employees verbally accosted and have overheard employees talking about customers negatively. While I'm sure there are good employees the negative experiences seem to stand out in my mind. I recently went to look at golf clubs and not a single employee checked on me. The person in that section sat and talked with a friend.

I came in to buy some Nike Free TR 8's and the experience was quick and easy. They also had plenty of color options in the AirMax Pegasus 35's, which is my current favorite shoe. The only downside is that I went online and found new Pegasus 35's from a big box store for cheaper than they cost at the Nike Outlet, which seems odd to me. I ended up exchanging the Free TR 8's for some Pegasus 35's because the Free's were not comfortable to stand in. Considering that this store is so far away from Seattle, and there are better deals online with free shipping, I don't think I will be back to buy shoes. Might stop in to try on shoes if I'm in the area. Not worth its own trip.

I was walking around with 5 tops and leggings when the staff offered to start a fitting room for me. They also asked me if I needed help finding anything in particular. It was hard to resist the tops, shorts, and leggings. The inventory is similar to the sale rack online and in regular Lululemon stores. But the discounts in the outlet store are way better. I got a Luxtreme sweater (sold online for $70) for about $59 USD. There were deals on the bras and shorts as well. There's a bunch of colors to choose from too! What made my shopping experience even better is my cashier, Dani. She gave me helpful advice and helped me score more deals at a higher discount. Also, if you love the Lululemon shopping bags... it's $0.08 per bag. Although this store charges for bags, it's a stylish reusable bag and much cheaper than other stores. I was charged $0.20 for a flimsy paper bag at another store, so the Lululemon bag is a better value.
