Fisherman's Galley reminds me of Lagneaux's in Lafayette. It's a bit dated(along with the equipment) but so are the other establishments in the area minus bait shops. The plates are loaded, so much so a waiter dropped a shrimp without noticing while transporting two plates to a nearby table. The salad bar is messy and looks like a tornado hit it but is still fresh. I had the combo four fish and four shrimp with Cajun fries(I had curly fries on my plate and unsure if it was a mistake as I pictured seasoned fries in my mind) and fried corn. I'm definitely no fan of fried corn but these were delicious.

We ordered at the window but the menu screen wasn't working so we only got to see half the menu in a super fast motion. When I got to the window I asked to see a paper menu and they didn't have one. Lucky I saw food on here so I ordered the baked potato. The potatoes were small (I like the skin on the potatoes) but overall very good. My husband got the crawfish and it was good with nice flavor. They didn't have extra spices around or seasoning so you kind of just get that flavor but it was good. The sausage was awesome, wish I got more of that. Overall, good place.

Hoping they washed hands at some point no gloves used with server taking orders, collecting money and touching food/cooking in plain view.
