He was responsive, and things felt like we may finally have our answer as to why we're losing 2 inches a day in the pool. He then shows up DEMANDING $50 to "pay for his time". His voice was raised (I would even consider the volume yelling), making me feel unsafe and uncomfortable, so I told him to leave.
