The home needed extensive work, including new carpet and vinyl flooring, interior paint, garage door opener replacement, landscaping, trash removal, minor plumbing repairs, sliding glass door adjustments, and a full home cleaning. Since I live in California, Kelly handled everything for me as he coordinated with contractors, gathered quotes, and managed the entire rehab schedule. What impressed me most was the speed and efficiency. The property was completely rehabbed and rent-ready in under three weeks. Even more, Kelly secured and placed a qualified tenant before the home was listed on the MLS. I was expecting at least three months of vacancy, but thanks to Kelly's hard work, it was only one month. As a real estate investor for over 25 years, I can confidently say this was the best property management experience I've ever had. Kelly truly went above and beyond, and I highly recommend him to any property owner looking for reliable, hands-on property management or real estate services. Hard to find trustful people like Kelly in Las Vegas.

Now…read morethat I have done so, I'm so glad to be working with Five Star Property Management and the Blue Team. Matthew and Randy from Five Star Property Management mentioned they have a philosophy of treating customers' homes like their own, and it really feels this way. I experienced some unforeseen problems with an existing tenant. The Five Star Property Management team has really taken it upon themselves to work with me through these problems which I appreciate. They were even able to surface problems with this tenant that weren't caught before. In terms of the Blue Team that I work with, Dominique and Trinity have been amazing. They are currently helping turn the home over after a challenging move out situation, and I appreciate how proactive they have been with communications and getting the home ready. I also appreciate the sense of urgency they are working with as it is not easy as a home owner to have a home sit empty. If you're even thinking about a property management company, do yourself a favor and at least have a conversation with Five Star Property Management.

    If I could give this HOA management company zero stars, I would…read more I called in just trying to make a payment and explain that I never received the required paperwork, so I couldn't set up my usual payment method. Instead of helping or offering a solution, I was immediately met with attitude. The representative I spoke with, Crystal, raised her voice at me for no reason while I remained calm. I simply pointed out that the process makes it difficult to stay current on payments, which should be a fair concern for any homeowner. Instead of addressing the issue, she became even more aggressive and unprofessional. When I told her there was no need for that tone, she abruptly hung up on me. So basically, they make it hard for you to pay your bill and then treat you poorly when you try to fix it. Completely unacceptable customer service. If this is how they handle residents, it's no surprise people lose trust in your company. Do better.

    At the last Board Meeting in May 2025, found out two more bad things. A Vendor had presented his…read morecase and stated that he not only submitted his credentials, but also a bid, but we did not know that part of it. The PM said he only presented his credentials. This was a lie. An Owner spoke at the last Board Meeting in May 2025; said she was the victim of a robbery attempt last year (nothing was stolen but her window pane was damaged). She requested video of the assailant's car's license plate in order to file a police report. She was told that the person handling that was away on vacation. So she did not get the help that she needed. She wasn't able to file a Police Report. We had numerous other complaints from other Owners about the customer service that they received from this company. I did also keep asking our PM for more bids when we received just one bid on some issues. (I have close to 800 emails between two email accounts.) The car accident to the Exterior fence of the Property which took place in July; the damage to one pillar was fixed in December 2024. Forgot to mention that in October 2024, requested that a sign be replaced because someone had taken it to the garbage dumpster, but the garbage man had taken it out, placing it on the rocks. It was not replaced until January of 2025. (Email requests went out several times.) And it was no longer on the pole, it was placed on the garbage dumpster, next to Bldg. 26. Four months for a simple sign. Major mistake last year- the Election. Two positions were needed, not three. Three were on the ballot. Big mistake. Had to do a second ballot. This mess took about a month to settle. Wasted a lot of time on this matter, due to the mistake on their part. Another mistake last year, 2024. Forgot to put the Resurfacing the Hot Tub Spa in the Budget (which had to be ratified in December 2024). Made a change in the Management due to the years of Neglect. The Transition process was not smooth at all. Not cooperative with all aspects of the transition. Bits and pieces were received, at different times. Not sure how long it all took. If you look at the HOA industry, you will notice that many companies are lacking in customer service, and have low ratings, all around, and this is typical of Las Vegas.

I was referred to Limestone Investments by Leavitt Eviction Services (they're 10 stars as well), and hiring Jim as my property manager was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I had a very difficult tenant situation. Jim handled everything -- the filings, the court process, the heavy lifting -- and I'm in the legal field, so I know how much work that truly is. He made being a landlord easy. After the eviction, Jim's crew stepped in and transformed the property. They repaired everything, installed new floors, repainted, and cleaned the yard better than I've ever seen it. Absolutely amazing work. Through the entire process, I felt 110% supported. Jim is knowledgeable, efficient, fair, and genuinely cares. He's also funny, which helps lighten the load when things get stressful. He's a respected veteran, an integral part of the Vegas Valley, and he doesn't waste time -- he simply gets things done. His team was outstanding as well. They investigated issues, collected evidence, stayed in constant communication, and made sure I always knew what was happening. Thank you, Jim, for getting me out of a tough situation that I got myself into by trusting the wrong tenant. You helped me turn it around, and now I have a wonderful tenant that you found for me.
