I'm disappointed with my lash lift appointment. They were able to get lift on the right eye and none on the left. Apparently, I have very strong lashes. I don't know whether it was the product, the technician or somehow I have left side curl resistance, but I am basically lopsided. I would think they would have at least offered some kind of discount or maybe a recommendation of some sort other than maybe I could try again at some point. I had been going to the lash lounge since it first opened and I loved my stylist. Then Covid happened. When things started to open back up, I continued to go until I gave birth. I had to freeze my acct. The owner told me she would work with me because the freeze was for 3 months but since I was breast feeding I needed more time. Well, that verbal agreement didn't hold up and my lash specialist is no longer there. They tried to charge me for a more expensive membership and said I had been away for too long. I wasn't told this until after my full set was done. We are not able to bring our children. Understandable with Covid but for a mom who exclusively breastfeeds, how was I supposed to get away for the more than 2 hour appt like I had today, any earlier. When I tried to explain to Ashley the previous conversation with the owner, rather than call the owner from the front desk, she took her cell to a back room and left me in the front waiting. The lack of transparency says it all. Ultimately I canceled my fill appt, said have a nice day, and left. I am really disappointed while simultaneously relieved to get out of that shady place. The turn over is incredibly high and the whispers of all the issues with the place are never ending. There's more but if you go you'll find out for yourself. Usually, I've had a great experience here. A few times, I've had to wait and could see that the lash specialist was in the back, but I never minded. My appointments do not ever last the full hour because I don't do heavy lashes. At times, I've been done within 30 minutes which I am happy with because I have a busy schedule. Today, I was running late, called to let the front know. She informed me that there is a 15 minute grace period. I ran in at 12:17pm and she went to check in the back and told me that lash specialist had already left because she is not obligated to stay past 15 minutes. Very annoying considering that the specialists know that she doesn't spend the full hour on me and knew that I was on my way. Disappointing. read more

Out of 5 years of wearing lashes, the worst experience I ever had was at this location with stylist Sara A. She has no respect for clients' time, as she took me over 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment. Understandable if she was running late with a client- but she was literally chatting with a coworker and then texting, even though the receptionist informed her that her client was here. When she finally felt like calling me back, she was unprepared for our session and needed to go collect supplies from the back, which cut even more into my paid for hour. When I let her know I would be able to stay longer than my scheduled appointment slot to make up the lost time (approximately 15 minutes now) she said "I have a client right after you so depends if they're on time or not." Wow, how unfair and unmindful is that statement. To top it all off, she was either too lazy, too cheap or just didn't care enough to put eye pads on my eyes before taping my lower lashes, so when it came time to pull off the tape not only was it painful, she actually gave me 2 small cuts under my eye with her nails. How gross, inconsiderate, and plain unprofessional. And the cherry on top- she didn't make up my time even though her next client didn't even show up! Lashes are a luxury, and paying top dollar for a subpar artist with no sense of professional integrity is ludicrous, I will be taking my membership to a solon with more class. read more

*******UPDATE******** My first experience with lash extensions didn't go well at this location. After leaving a review, the owner of the business called me within 24 hours, asking to hear about my experience first hand and offering to fix my lashes for free!!! It was supposed to be a spot fill (approx 10 lashes, all of which were going on my right eye, which is where my lashes had fallen out from) but the technician they set me up with at their Riverpark location went through and filled all the empty places she could find on both eyes. I'm very pleased with the businesses follow through. One week later and my lashes still look nice and even. Not sure if I will continue to get my lashes done, but if I do, it will definitely be at this location! :) ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Very clean and modern store, relaxing environment and very friendly staff!! This was my first experience ever with fake lashes of any kind. The staff was super friendly and Jenna was my lash stylist. She was very patient with me and explained in detail all my options when it came to lashes. I felt like I was in good hands. She made me feel very comfortable and I enjoyed talking with her while she did my lashes. I chose a classic set with faux mink lashes that were curved dramatically (as I was going for volume and height). Jenna said she would put a little extra glue on my lashes so they would for sure hold and last. At the end of the appointment she let me know I would need a fill in 2 weeks because I would loose 25 lashes in that time (I had 65 on each eye). I left the store feeling great! The lashes looked gorgeous, I was really excited and wanted to take the best care I could. I bought the cleaning solution and applied it regularly, I was super careful and extra gentle, followed every instruction to the T. Not even 4 days later and I lost at least 10 lashes, if not more, from my right eye already. JUST MY RIGHT EYE! (In this picture it's on the left) I have my bridal shower this weekend and I am very disappointed how disproportional I look. I called The Lash Lounge and told them what happened, thankfully I have an appointment tomorrow to add a couple lashes in so it doesn't look so bad, but it's more money I'm going to pay for something that didn't live up to the standards that were set on them. If this is how fake lashes work, I don't think I would spend my money on them again. It was expensive to put them on in the first place and not even a week has gone by and I need to spend more money on more lashes because the first set didn't stay on :( read more

I am very satisfied with my lashes. I got a full set of classic natural lashes by Brittany. She measured my eyelashes and walked through the eyelash extension procedure. She helped me decide what length and style that I should get and applied eyelash extension to each individual eyelashes. She gave my eyelashes more volume but helped me keep my natural look. Brittany did a great job on my lashes. The facility looks brand new with nice new pieces of equipment. The employees were very nice and friendly. I started with the classic and loved the way I had them done. (more of an extreme classic) As time went on and the weather changed it seemed like at my 2 weeks fill I would have no lashes left. This went on for about 2-3 months I was about to give up and try someplace different. Than I got Brittany, she worked with me and we did volume and she added more glue and it was a complete 180 at my 2 week fill I still had lashes and didn't look like I had mange. (Ha) I love her, she is awesome at working with what I want and she has always been willing to do whatever will make me happy, we have just been trying to figure it out as we go. (What works best for my lashes and what I like) She never made me feel bad for asking for something else. I never felt like I had to settle because that's what I started with. She is the sweetest person and is always willing to try everything she can to make me happy with my lashes. And this far I am. I enjoyed trying different curls and volumes. I think I found what I like this last time and will probably will be sticking with it. So thank you Brit for not making be feel bad for being picky. You're the best!!!! On a side note I have moved out here 8 months ago and it is honestly like finding a good hair dresser. They are hard to find. So when you do don't let them go! I love this lash studio! I've been to a few lash studios and I've always walked away unsatisfied with how my lashes turned out (too thick, too dramatic/fake looking, looked like a thick black line over the eyes) and the process done at this lash studio gives the client a sense of understanding. Other places don't even ask you what kind of lashes you want other than whether you want something natural or dramatic (and often times than never you end up with something totally opposite of what you ask for). This place walks you through the process of selecting specifics about your lashes so the outcome is exactly what you want. They staff is so friendly and approachable, Shannon is super informative at the front and makes you feel so comfortable. Love my lashes, they're the perfect amount of length, curl and look so feathery and wispy. Definitely check this place out! read more

I got my eyelashes done a week later I got my eyelashes done before the end of the day they already started falling out I called to make an appointment to get them fixed they couldn't get me in for a about 5 days and when I went back one hole I all the eyelashes were gone they were going to charge me $30 decided not to after they saw how they all fell out I got them done again and within 4 days they were gone again both eyes would not recommend read more

This place is clean and nice. I called and made an appointment and during my call I emphasized that I previously had a reaction to the glue from another place. I was informed that a spot test would be done during my appointment. It was not done and sensitive glue was not used. Again I told the stylist I had a reaction to the glue. She continued with my set after the information I gave her. I was unable to stay the full 2 hours for a full set, but I paid for a full set. I called the next day because my eyes had a reaction again. They offered to remove them, so I had them removed and that is when they finally did a spot check with sensitive glue. Now because they didn't listen to me when I first told them I was having a reaction to the glue they want me to pay for another full set of lashes. I will never recommend, the way they treated me was horrible. If you have issues with glue do not go to this place. read more
