9/29/25 Almost October!! 2 months behind on getting a pedicure! Over due! Called and worker was happy to take me right now. Awesome!! Arrived and the worker was Great. Got me set up and going after picking a red glitter (#463) along with the Nature's Retreat Pedicure. Very classy and nice inside. Pretty lights. They also gave it decorated cute for Halloween. Very nice pedicure chairs. They look brand new. Very comfortable. The environment is calm and Peaceful. I was so embarrassed with how bad my toes were, but the worker didn't care. She got to it cleaning them up. She scrubbed them and it felt really great!! Tickled too! =p Massage also! Her name was Nina! She has been here a while and she definitely does a GREAT job!! I got a deluxe pedicure with two acrylic toes and a manicure where they only cut my cuticles and painted very poorly a clear coat and somehow it cost me 132$. Service took 2.5 hours, kept trying to up charge me and the cost of everything was simply diabolical!! The pedicure came out nice, but definitely not worth $100. The manicure on the other hand, do something very basic, 32 dollars is outrageous. The clear coat didn't even last 3 hours. I won't be coming back. read more

I stopped in last week after seeing their Instagram videos, but the salon looked nothing like what they posted. Still, I was willing to give it a chance. When I walked in, there were only two other customers, while four nail techs were in the back drinking from canteens. As soon as I sat down, they scattered and left their drinks sitting out on one of the stations. I also noticed that when one of the techs finished with a client, she didn't clean the tub or wipe down the chair. Several of the footrests around the salon looked unclean as well. By the time I noticed all of this, my nail tech had already started working on my feet. She was quiet and did her job, but I had purchased their top service, and it did not feel worth the $95 I paid. She didn't offer me water or anything to drink until I was already more than halfway through my service. Overall, I really wish this place were cleaner and more organized. I wanted to treat my mother to a pedicure while I was in town and this is possibly the worst mani-pedi she's ever had in her life. She explained to the nail tech that she had hard gels on her hands. Nail tech told her that she didn't and proceeded on with an acrylic fill. My mother has been getting hard gels for the last 10 years and she knows what she has. She asked if they could make an acrylic overlay on one of her toenails that cracked and they said "no it'll grow out". Other places will do what the customer wants so they leave happy so I don't know why she denied my mother's request. Aside from that, both her hands and toenails were bumpy and the color application was blotchy. My mother wasn't asking for much, she just wanted the job to be done correctly at the bare minimum. It's really a shame because we tip $20 to $30 for a mani pedi combo. read more

I have been going here since this place was called Shi Nails back in the day. I was worried quality would change with new management, but it has improved even more, tbh. I have been seeing Kat for all my manicures and whoever is available for pedicures and I have honestly never been disappointed. I am treated like a valued guest every single time and I feel like I know every nail tech there because they are just an amazing group of reliable women. I recommend this nail salon in terms of price and the quality of service too. And I ALWAYS get compliments over my nails, which is a nice bonus. OH, and have you seen their funny Instagram videos?! Check 'em out if you haven't! I will book a Korean facial and head treatment for myself and a girlfriend soon, now that it's finally open! I will provide an update about that for sure. My boyfriend and I recently visited this place and got two "Super relaxing head spa's and facials", we paid the price of $155 each (not including tip) and the ENTIRE experience was phenomenal. For a Saturday we definitely expected it to be relatively busy so when we got there, the front desk girl was so sweet and offered us complimentary drinks. As far as preparing for our appt the girls were thorough, we spent about 2 hours for our session and it left us feeling amazing. Aside from our experience, the convenience of setting up the appointment was easy and what each service offers is thankfully very detailed (so there isn't confusion on what you're getting). The only constructive criticism I have that despite being able to book easily and fast, our hair techs were late, we genuinely didn't mind since we booked last minute and we were there only clients for the day. We still appreciated the service and them coming in just for us, so all was forgiven and was not a huge deal. We still appreciated the willingness to come in and give an excellent job for the spa session, I definitely respect hard workers that go out of their way for clients or new clientele. read more

I received a luxurious 75 minute head spa experience for my birthday and I highly recommend it! The receptionist was warm and kind. The spa is clean and beautiful. They had a secure locker for my belongings and a cute wrap towel to wear. Natasha did an incredible job, the massage was so relaxing and all the products smelled amazing and made my skin and hair smooth. My husband said I was glowing afterward! I came here last month and this month and their prices are pricey smh. I first came here to get my nails done and I showed them and they quoted it to be $210. That's honestly crazy. Past salons i've went too and other at home services would have charged me $80 for this. So I then change to frenchies with the little flowers because i like the color. I still wasn't satisfied. They charged me $100 for those so I was like whatever. The color was off too it wasn't the pink i asked for, they used 2 different sized nails, some frenchies were thicker then the other and they were crooked . I then came back to get them another try this month to get a pedicure that was suppose to be $45. They then added a $15 fee at the end because they used gel? I did not ask for gel. They could have given me a heads up that the white i chose would be $15 extra. i specifically wanted the price range to be the $45. The past nail salon i went to for gel pedicures were also $45 and i got gel too so why add a $15 charge for that? The vibes were okay. I had an appointment on 3/8/2026 warning I do not recommend this to anyone. This company is a play on words I've received their most expensive package. $299 for a Head Spa. It's a play on words. The services is not even worth $80. They make it seem like they give you a lot of different features in this package and it is nothing compared to the description that they have for this particular package, it was a waste of money. I seen all the different advertisement for this company. I went into the building. It did not even resemble. What the inside of the building actually look like I do not once again recommend this place to anyone is not what they say it is and then they called me and asked me to make a deposit through Zelle. I thought that was a little bizarre a company requesting a deposit through Zelle I see why because they probably have a lot of dissatisfied customers and when they put the deposit on the debit card, they can dispute it but if you do it through sale, you can't dispute the charges. I was in there for two hours not one customer showed up the entire time. I was in that location. It was noisy with the staff. A massage is supposed to be relaxing and quiet. I can hear the staff talking amongst one another please do not wish your money or your time you can wash your own hair for less than $299. read more

I got gel x nails with chrome on Thursday. On Sunday one popped off. I went back Monday morning and got it fixed and paid to change the color since the chrome was already rubbing off. I went back home and another nail popped off. I went back in the afternoon to get the second one fixed. This morning another nail popped off. 3 nails in 4 days. Insane. I needed my nails done for a trip and do not have time to come back twice a day. read more

I recently went for the Super relaxing head spa and facial. While the service was relaxing and the provider was very nice, I think the pricing is too high for the service received and the quality of products used. Also, it's still a nail salon (with the head spa station off to the side in another room) so hearing the regular salon noise during the head spa service can be a little distracting. And the ads in the middle of the spa playlist were distracting as well. I would go back to this salon but would probably not purchase this particular treatment again. read more
