I get that -they booked you a spot that's money lost for the employee. But if you are a member and pre pay and you don't answer their phone call or respond 24 hours before your appointment they cancel you. That sucks! If she hadn't been absolutely stoned while doing them she would've had enough time. I smelled it on her in the beginning and after she went to hit a weed pen in the closet during our session! After today's appointment, I'm in shock and denial that any of their reviews are verified or trusted. I was booked for a full set with Alexa B. She was immediately rude and annoyed by me for no reason that I could think of other than I needed to remove my contacts. She was rough, sighing, and obviously overly agitated. Gave no direction, just barked orders like I was a puppet. Just an over all horrible bedside manner. I didn't know the process and wasn't explained anything.
