Overall had a great experience! Its very clean, the staff is very friendly, they have a lot of beverage options and lots of services. I came in for a shellac pedicure and overall it was okay. I do prefer to have my nails cleaned up a little on the edges after shellac since it can get pointy so I had to fix that at home. Also about a week later I had 3 nails loose their shellac, like it just popped off my nails. Not sure how or why but I do plan on going back just because they were so kind and attentive. read more

Even though it's a bit in the prices side de nail technicians are professionals and no, how to draw really good nail the science, I would complain that one housekeeper who cleans the salons. Need to keep their hands yourself, because nails are expensive, and she just randomly checked to see if my toenails were dry, which was no longer necessary. I used to love coming here when they first opened, the staff was friendly and the work that was done was quality now it's so hard to find a good nail technician that is good with using powder. Also now there prices are crazy outrageous and literally there prices for what they charge for nails and additional services which they charged Me and extra thirty dollars just for them being french tip acrylic powder nails, I mean prices are on their app they have and they are on their website with the prices for there services but when you come in they change there prices lmfao. this literally has happened to me several times where I see and am told a price then all of a sudden it is trippled the amount, also I had $10 off with my points and what's told next time I come in, I could use the $10 off. But just now was told that they could only use $8 of my points. How does that make sense? and the vibes now here aren't it I miss the old nail salon this place used to be. This is my second visit here. I wasn't really impressed the first time, but it was ok and this is a super convenient location for me. This time was much better. Both manicurist and pedicurist did a wonderful job. My nails are shaped perfectly. I also have super dry skin/cuticles which can lead to ingrown toenails, and Sophia did a wonderful job of cleaning up the cuticles and relieving pressure that ingrown nails can cause. On top of it all, I mentioned being on a timeline, and they were able to get me in and out in exactly 1 hour. Great to know for booking future appointments! If I could do half stars, I'd give them 4.5! read more

It was a pretty busy Monday so I was sat in the private party room. My tech, Angela, suggested the pedicure package with milk and cucumbers (my first time getting this package) and it was great. Angela did a great job, but she kept trying to upsell things (a facial, eyebrows, etc.). She finally got the hint. The complimentary margaritas also helped me relax and enjoy the time. I decided to try a new nail salon and I was not impressed with the service of my pedicure. As entered and was greeted nicely, got checked in and was to wait and have a seat. I was quickly walked to my seat given nail color and service menu to select from. I picked the signature pedi. She pushed for shellac polish even after I said no. She barely did any cuticle and barely scrubbed my feet with the pumice stone since I requested no file (cheese grater). She then proceeded to show me the timer for foot massage which was the worst. All she did was spread some oil on my legs and rub it. No pressure was used and barely even massages under my feet. I regretted picking this spot. Needless to say I don't plan on going back. The only reason they got a one star was for the delicious viet coffee another nice lady made me. read more
