When I was about five minutes away from my appointment, I received a text asking to push my appointment back by about an hour and a half. Since Mary was no longer available, I was scheduled with Lucy instead. This was, by far, the worst and most painful lash appointment I've ever experienced. Throughout the appointment, it felt like my natural lashes were being pulled out. She also placed several extensions directly on my skin, which caused irritation, dryness, and discomfort afterward. To make matters worse, I get a hybrid set specifically because my natural lashes are very fine, and I always request a combination of fans and individual lashes. Lucy only worked on my fill for about 30 minutes, and the final result did not reflect what I requested or what I normally receive. When I politely expressed my concerns, she was dismissive and rude instead of addressing the issues. Thankfully, Mary was able to fix the lashes afterward, and I truly appreciate her for making things right. I would absolutely recommend Mary, but I cannot recommend Lucy based on my experience. She is the sole reason I'm leaving a one-star review. If I could leave zero stars for her service, I would.

The tone at my crown didn't match my ends, there was brassiness that never fully went away, and now, a few washes later, that brassiness is already creeping back. On top of that, my hair ended up noticeably darker overall than what I wanted in the first place. I also went in for what should've been a simple trim, and way more length came off than I asked for (and I've spent years trying to grow out my hair). At the end of the day, I paid a lot of money and went through multiple appointments, and I still didn't get the color or the cut I asked for. Really disappointing for the price.

I have had several bad experiences here but it is close to my house so I have given them a few tries but seriously, a better nail salon is worth the drive. Went in to have my powder changed yesterday and the lady who did my nail buzzed half of the color off and put new powder over it.. so what was supposed to be a pretty blue ended up being darker in spots than in others and the part behind my nail showed the color I had previously through so they just looked nasty and dirty. Went back today to have them fix this.. lady who answered the phone was rude and cut me off when I was mid sentence & when I came in to get them fixed the lady who did them said I'd have to pay an additional 50 to have the old color not show through because it required a soak off a new nail. I already paid 35 yesterday and I wasn't about to do it again for the mess up. So today I left frustrated and settled for her just using regular nail polish to fix what she messed up.. I should've just painted over them at home and saved the money, probably would have looked better too. I've gotten my nails done for years and I've never had an issue like this. So if you want mediocre nails, this place is for you.. I however will be looking for a new salon. There's a reason this place has such a low star rating. read more

I always go to Angela for my pedicures -- she's amazing -- but honestly, everyone here is great. You really can't go wrong with anyone. My mom and other family members come here often too, and we've always had wonderful experiences. Today was my best friend's first time visiting, and she really enjoyed it. This is my place. Close to home. My nail girl for my Tap gel nails name is Nga she is awesome. If you have never tried Tap gel do so!! Less damage to your nails and no harsh chemicals. I would do overlay before but after trying Tap gel i will never go back. Now for my pedicure i got a new person today by the name of Alex! Good massage good pedi and good color.
