I've been going to Melissa for almost a year now and every single time she takes her time to outline the areas around the eyebrows. Melissa takes the time to get to know her customers and actually cares about them, and I always leave the salon feeling like a brand new person. (The picture is me trying to contain my smile walking out of the salon). I receive so many compliments. I also really appreciated that during my first visit, Melissa checked in about the products I use on my face (such as retinol) as she uses Wax to shape and clean my brows. The salon is impeccably clean, there is so much parking in the shopping center, and my favorite part (among hundreds) is how incredibly punctual the salon is run. I have never arrived and had to wait past my appointment and they send many many reminders about your scheduled appointment time.
