I booked a lash lift and lash and brow tint. I arrived a few minutes early and was able to use the restroom. The space is very clean and inviting. My appointment started on time and was with Aysa. I am very happy with the lift and tint of my eyelashes. I think the color for my brow tint was too dark, next time I would opt for the medium brown color. I got a lash lift here yesterday and they did not lift at all and the tech left residue on my lashes. I called and the receptionist spoke with the manager who declined to give me a refund and said my lashes must be too straight and I need to try again to get better results. I have come here before and gotten lifts and they looked great but not this time. I got a 30% off for next time. Don't waste your money! read more

I went here for the first time this week. I have had lash lifts in the past, years ago. I have straight eyelashes that point down. I have a special event tomorrow. I noticed when I got into the car that my left eye was not as lifted as the right, including lashes that just were straight, I thought waiting and following instructions (no water/ steam etc) would make them better. I was wrong, once I hit the 48 hour mark, showered (did not use any products I was not supposed to) and it was worse. So now I have to go to my event with one eye lifted, the other not... I did not call to complain because the girl who did them was cool and I really liked her, would not want her to get reprimanded. I'm just going to deal with it and go to my usual place if I ever need one again. Sad state of affairs.... read more

I went here as I was offered a new client deal of $100 for a classic full set. They took my credit card info to book the appt and I drove 40 minutes to get there. Once there, it looked really nice, clean, and up to date. The lady who was going to do my lashes, Yesenia, wasn't the most overtly friendly person but she did smile. Before we got started I asked her a few questions and she stared at me like I was an alien. She was clearly annoyed already and I'm not sure if it was b/c it was noon and she was hungry and didn't want to deal with me? We got started and she was really rough as she "cleaned my lashes". She didn't dry them and there was still water all around my eyes as she demanded I open my eyes and keep them open for over 30 seconds at a time. My eyes were irritated and she was REALLY ANNOYED. "You won't be able to do this service if you can't keep your eyes open"!!! I couldn't believe it. We kept trying and eventually she told me I didn't qualify. She was very, very rough with me. It's a delicate area and you can't be aggressive with wiping it and stabbing around with swabs! Eventually after only TWO minutes or less of trying, she said my eyes were quivering too much. She made me get up and leave. I wasted 2 hours of my time, driving in and witting around there for nothing. They would have charged me for a missed appt. They gave me NOTHING. I was able to another appointment only an hour later at a lash place in Braintree, where a normal person was able to apply my lashes without ANY ISSUES. So, it wasn't me. I'm not too quivery to get lashes, she was too rough and easily frustrated to even try! I can't believe my experience there. I smiled and said "it's ok, sorry about this, thank you!" when I left, like it was my fault. :( read more

i wasn't thrilled with the service myself & my sister received at lash lounge. my technician was very rough, constantly sighing irritably, and seemed to rush through my appointment. the results were subpar in comparison to other technicians i've seen elsewhere. i also left with a pretty significant amount of glue still fused to my skin around my eye. my sister also had a negative experience - she said it seemed like her technician didn't know what she was doing. she had her open her eyes and the stinging my sister had in both eyes was so severe it was clear she didn't remove product correctly before telling my sister to open her eyes. additionally, she left with tint all over her eyes, leaving rings below her eyes like a raccoon. overall, very dissatisfied. UPDATE: changing to one star after response from store owner on Google & utilizing this space to respond to their statements - both myself and my sister told our technicians about the left over glue / black raccoon eyes. a quick swipe of a qtip is nowhere near accurate as my tech was SCRUBBING the glue spot and couldn't get it off. the same happened with my sister, she was told by her tech that after a significant amount of scrubbing it wasn't coming off, but that it would come off if the shower the next day. i don't really appreciate being scolded for not saying something immediately at the end of an already negative experience. also, i did reach out with my concerns directly and received only a "Okay, thanks!". regarding the results, totally understand that it's dependent on the lashes, however, i've received other lash lifts with much better results. half of my lashes aren't even curled - as you can see from this picture attached, the inner corner looks okay, but the outer corner lags downward. again, my review was based on comparing my results here to results with other techs. as for proper timing, i'll take your word for it, but i was taken in 5 minutes later than my sister and sent out 8 minutes earlier than her, so i'm unsure that makes sense. would also recommend not cutting down the concerns of someone with a negative experience read more

I had the exact same experience as Magaly T! Terrible customer service! When scheduling my appointment, they were great but the work done on my lashes was not good and when I tried calling them....no response. They closed at 6 and I called about 4 times between 5:15 and 6:00pm and no answer at all! I called the next day and no answer. I had my friend call from her phone and someone picked up the phone. Really?? I finally spoke to the manager and she said that she was informed that I had damage from my last set of lashes. My last set of lashes was in 2021 and we're now in 2023 so that doesn't even make sense. And if there was any damage to my lashes (which there wasn't) why didn't the tech tell me that before doing them? The manager agreed to give me a refund if they weren't able to fit me in to get the work fixed. Called them again about an hour after speaking to the manager and no answer! They weren't able to fit me in so I twice called a few days later to make sure my refund had been processed and...you guessed it...no answer! I left a message explaining why I was calling and got a text response back. If they don't want to give quality service to their customers then they probably shouldn't be a business that serves customers. I would NOT recommend anyone go here, unless you want a bad lash job and no one picking up the phone when you try to call them. read more

Amazing and life changing! This was my first experience with lash extensions. Ellayna and Andrea made me feel so comfortable. They explained everything from beginning to end and really listened to what look and style I wanted. The process was pretty relaxing and went smoothly. They answered all my questions and really catered to me. I also appreciated that they took me right on time. When I saw myself after the lashes were applied I nearly cried. I should have followed my instinct but didn't and it cost me. This place was too good to be true and it was! Here is my honest feedback about this place and it's services: Initial customer service: great Walk in customer service: great Technician knowledge: poor Customer service after reporting poor lash application: poor My technician was friendly, welcoming, sweet and seemed like she knew what she was doing. Unfortunately, after 3 hours of laying there...my new lashes were a disaster. Lashes were not isolated. Extensions were placed on top of my lashes ..instead of normal individual lash application. When I called to report the issue, I was told to go back to get them fixed. Why would I do that? The technician obviously didn't know what she was doing the first time. Why would I go back to get my own lashes ruined further? When I told the phone person about my concerns of going back, she said "ok." And that was it. $250 down the toilet. My advice to everyone is - do your homework. Reviews can be deceiving. I don't believe the reviews here for this company. There is no way they have received these many good reviews when their lack of lash knowledge is beyond comprehensive. Luckily, I was referred to ICandy in Lincoln RI and they were amazing. Between this bad application and the good one I spent $600 in less than 24 hours ..but it was the price I paid for believing the good reviews here. read more

I missed an appointment at my local lash lounge and ended up at the North Attleboro location as I was trying to squeeze in an appointment for my wedding lashes in a very limitted time window. I am so glad this happened! Not only did they take the time to call me and make recommendations for what would work best for me before my appointment, my stylist, Andrea, did an absolutely phenomenal job! I cannot recommend her enough and I am considering driving the extra 30 min to see her for any future appointments, rather than going to the location 10 min away. read more

Awful experience.... after spending $260 on these lashes they fell out after a week! When I explained to the owner I could not get a babysitter to come in and get them fixed they wouldn't even give a partail refund. Paid top dollar for the worst lashes and bought all the accessories (eye liner, mascara, eye cleaner) to try to make sure they stayed intacted. All my friends now know and are laughing at me for being such a fool and wasting my money! read more
