I must say, the girls at Unique have helped me with my eyebrows over the past few months tremendously. I'm naturally blonde with very naturally blonde eyebrows. It was to the point that my brows were almost unnoticeable. I was filling them in with a pencil every day for the past couple of years until I went to Unique and they told me about eyebrow tinting. Not only did they shape my brows to perfection, they tinted them exactly how I wanted them. They are the perfect shade and shape and the best part about it is that it lasts me easily a month and a half. I don't have to use a pencil at all and they are completely natural! It might sound dramatic but the girls at Unique actually changed my life for the better. It saves me time in the morning/when I'm doing my makeup and overall just makes me more confident. Very happy with the results! This was only my second time getting my eyebrows threaded and first time at Unique. First of all, I love how precise and sharp they look. Nice and clean! The woman explained exactly what she was doing and why in regards to the shape. Second, she made me feel very comfortable because I flinch a little and she made me laugh which made me feel more relaxed. Also, she talked to me while getting them done so it wasn't awkward at all! The other place I went too before was very fast and didn't even look at them after to see and many out of place hairs were left. This woman looked them over and checked for hairs. She took her time! If I could give this place -0 stars I could. The owner and the other tech are rude! They give you attitude when your not happy with what they did. They had no regards for customer service. I love it here! I live in MA but always try to get my eyebrows done here when I visit the fam in RI. They always do a great job. Sometimes on a Saturday or Sunday there will be a bit of a long wait but usually you can get in and out of there pretty quickly. read more

I keep my eyebrows shaped but thick. My usual place was closed and I needed some eyebrow TLC, stat. I came here and I will not be returning. I asked the woman to keep my eyebrows thick. When she finished I had thin eyebrows which I just hate. One eyebrow was thinner than the other on the end of it. No good! I'm still growing one out to help it catch up! I didn't see the cash only sign on my way in. When I pulled out my card they just pointed to the ATM. I am happy to oblige by the cash only so that wasn't a big deal. The machine was taking a few minutes to load up and I asked if this was normal, and they stared blankly at me. I was asking with the intention of going across the street to Cumberland farms to get some cash back, if needed. read more

Whenever I see gorgeous brows around town, I know they came from one place and that's Unique! The women here are masters of the craft and have turned even the worst of eyebrow disasters into beautiful brows. For $10, they will spend as much time as needed to make those brows look fabulous. Tip generously! These ladies really do a fabulous job and deserve it! Cash only, but they offer an ATM on site just in case. Parking at this location can be a bit of a hassle, so I try to visit at less hectic times of day. If you go on the weekend you will be waiting at least a few minutes but it is so worth the wait! Prices are slightly higher than most places, but they consistently do an excellent job. I've never left with a lopsided eyebrow or sporadically hairy upper lip. I also like that you get one of the two woman to do the job. There is another place in Cumberland that can do eyebrows, but you'll get different people and different results each time. read more

After moving to North Smithfield and no longer having my go to threading place nearby, I found this one about 10 minutes away from where I live. Upon coming in, the wait time was non-existent. The threader was super helpful and it barely hurt! She did it quickly and efficiently. My eyebrows looked great and after, she even did a tiny little quick massage with the lotion. Love the extra effort put in. Beyond that, the only complaint I would have is that they don't take credit cards. It's a cash or check-only type of place. read more

I LOVE Unique Eyebrow Threading! I was so happy when this salon opened in Cumberland - it is very close and convenient, but more importantly, they are the best threaders around! I have been to a few other salons in Rhode Island and the results were always "hit or miss". I always get great results from the ladies at Unique and they are very gentle and friendly. My husband is also a client (you would never know, because they keep his eyebrows shaped very "manly" and just clean up the unibrow issue)! read more

This is a great place to get your eyebrows threaded. I highly recommend. The threaders take their time to look at your brows and make a plan for what they should do today and action to take in the long run. I went here regularly from 2011-2013 before I moved out of state. I now return when visiting family. There are now 3 locations. Pricing is very fair, cash only. Parking is limited and sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but it is well worth it! read more

Went in last Friday and the lady who did my eyebrows literally did them in 2 minutes - no exaggeration. Very rushed and they didn't look good at all. She also accidentally threaded part of my hairline because of how rushed she was. Less than a week later, my eyebrows look awful. Very disappointing. Not going back again. read more

Wonderful!! I have been going to Unique Eyebrow Threading for years now and I love them! They are the best around!!! I normally get my eyebrows and lip done, and I request the woman in the first chair because she does such a perfect job. They all really understand the technique of eyebrow threading and it's apparent once you start going there. On one of my eyebrows the hair doesn't grow in well in a certain area and through patience and the advice of the girl I see, the hair started to grow and now they are so perfect! I travel 20 minutes to go to unique eyebrows because they really are the best in the business. If you want perfect eyebrows, go see them. I think that prices are a little higher than other places I have been in the past however, they do a pretty great job! I just moved for Greenville to Cumberland and used to go to the Unique in Greenville, I feel the Cumberland location shaped my eyebrows better. read more

I have been a client with Unique Eyebrows for 7yrs. and would travel over 45min specifically to get my eyebrows done. I was happy with the care and attention to detail that one specific lady would give there. I had tried other ladies there and they are AWFUL! Unfortunately, the last time I went she was not there. I figured since I was already here that I would just have one of the other ladies do my eyebrows. I was turned off when I asked her to go thinner and she replied with "you don't need yours thinner, not in winter." Alright, not what I asked for but thanks anyways. I still had hope for the place because I figured it was a one off experience. But then came the stamp card. Remember, I live 45min away, I don't always remember my stamp card but I actually did this time. I ask if she could combined my 5 cards (one time stamped each) to one card for me. She refused as did the owner. The owner keep saying that there was only one card per person. I explained that it was only for me and another customer even jumped in to help me out thinking that there was a misunderstanding and wanted to help clarify on my behalf. Nope, there was no misunderstanding. The owner was rude in handling this matter and was extremely inflexible. I will not continue my business there because I don't believe in support a business for rude owners who don't treat loyal long time customers well. After leaving, my sister pointed out that she noticed that the hand sanitizer that is out for them to use between clients was not used between her treatment and mine...GROSS! Thank goodness it was just my sister but who knows what germs I picked up from there. More than anything I am upset that I tipped $5 for a $10 threading treatment because I was so flustered during my argument with the owner. read more
