I was super scared at first since it is permanent make up but through my first initial session with her, she took her time to map out my brows to make sure it's exactly what I wanted it to look like before she started the process. She was super patient during this and will make any necessary changes if you're not happy about the shape! Next, she started the numbing process and when I tell you, I barely felt anything while she was working her magic. IT'S TRUE! It was almost as if I was able to take a nap while she was working on my brows! A little while later, she was done and I kid you not, I never thought I would ever have flawless looking brows!!! I had to ask if Mika was coming, and that's when I was told she was fully booked and busy. If I had known that beforehand, I would not have stayed. I live three hours away and specifically came expecting to have my appointment with Mika. During the service, water also got into my ear and I'm still trying to get it out, which has been very uncomfortable. My first visit here was a great experience, which is why several of my family members also come here now. Unfortunately, today's visit was very disappointing and I honestly couldn't wait for the session to be over. Just wanted to mention that the owner told me Mika had a family emergency and had to leave early, but that was not was the therapist said to me beforehand. I will say I'm glad my hubby was able to get Eva, since she was the other person we originally requested. They offered me a complimentary service with Mika for next visit, but honestly it is not worth the stress or the drive after what I went through. Lesson learned.
