It is hard not to fall asleep with the dry body body brushing then a thick moisturizer. Then Alex did my face and scalp massage. Then she massaged my feet before I turned over again to do the requested deep tissue on my upper back and shoulders because that's where my problem area. The locker room is very nice too because I have a locker robe and sandals plus there are showers and a steam room that's accessible in the women's locker room. The showers are nice and hot and the spa uses their own brand of shampoo conditioner and body wash. It's like Lavender Fields surrounding me the entire time I was in the spa. It was very relaxing and I didn't want to leave. The relaxation Lounge has to be my favorite so far because it really allows you to disconnect from the outside and just let you relax.
