Because I continue to have issues and it's impossible to get any help from the manager. I've been completely ignored several times and recently a credit was taken from my account for a service I never received. They took a credit for me helping a training stylist practice on my lashes which was supposed to be completely free yet they took a credit plus three and a half hours of my time. I truly enjoyed the lash lounge when I started but after being a memeber for over a year and a half and getting no where when I need help plus being scammed and taken advantage of, this isn't good business and seems no one is responsible to even correct what's been wrong on my end and just ignore me. I will be canceling my membership and disputing the charges if it is not put back on my account with someone to follow up with me and show me proof of my credits. read more

I arrived 1 hour early to prepare for my first session ever, the associate was 15 minutes late and never informed me she was running late. She didn't introduce herself as mentioned I just relocated to the area. She was also very cold and aloft. She mentioned afterwards that she didn't see notes on my account of how I wanted my lashes, and I didn't realize that until afterwards when looking at my lashes in the mirror that the style was not what I wanted. I am very disappointed that this was my first experience with this location. read more

Absolutely love this place! Today was my first time and I went for eyebrow threading and tinting. I was booked with Maryna P. and she did an EXCELLENT job! I have blond hair and without tinting my eyebrows can be barely seen. Because my hair is light it becomes tricky when it comes to tinting because it can look very unnatural and almost ugly on my face. But Maryna did such an impeccable job that you cannot even tell that's not my natural color. I love it so much that I'll be going only there from now on for all of my eyebrow and eyelash needs. Terrible customer service. I have been coming here for several months. I scheduled an appointment yesterday with my regular scheduled technician only to find out that she's no longer here as of today I can see why. So they gave me Alyson which I said was fine. They later text me back saying there was an $10 up charge which I said was fine! Today I call to let them know the traffic was extremely terrible and I would be about 5 to 8 minutes late at that time Bella did not said we will not be able to help you. So I show up at 1:37 and when I came in the door they say sorry she cannot help you today as I walk in the door I'm getting a text stating if you are 8 to 10 minutes late we cannot for take your appointment. I was like seriously I just drove 45 mins to get here. I understand the importance of being on time which I always have been, however traffic happens and I left over 50 mins prior to my appt time. I will not be back here, if they cannot appreciate consistent customers that spend money here that have a one time , time constraint they do not deserve my money! read more

More expensive than most, however they are the cleanest when it comes to their process. Clean hands that clean your lashes before they even begin a full set OR fill (rarity for most places). Comfortable beds to nap while you are pampered although it does get wholly so being a blanket or jacket. read more

I was hesitant at first at the thought of getting lashes attached. But I'm SO GLAD I gave it a go and so is my husband! My lashes are so much EASIER to take care of than applying and removing mascara. I can climb into bed with a clean face and still look like I HAVE a face! I can climb out of bed in the morning and have a cup of coffee with my husband looking great withOUT applying makeup! I can swim and hang out in the sun without mascara running down my face. Services is suboptimal and poorly cleaned tools. I went for a classic eyelash extensions with Katy Ann. The final result what not what I was expecting. It seemed like a rushed job and my lashes didn't look very different than my regular lashes. Went for a second time for a refill just to find out that Katy Ann cancelled on me last minute due to a "flat tire" even though they contacted me earlier in the day to ask if I could change the appointment for earlier because the technician had a big gap between clients. I couldn't change it for earlier so I kept my original time but when I arrived there they told me the technician was not able to be there and they rebooked me with someone else for the next day. I went for it and I regret it. The very next day after the refill with Oksana, I got pink eye. Will not recommend unless you want to overpay for terrible service and possibly and eye infection. read more

Went to a previous lash place and got super bad irritation to the glue. Klaida removed my lashes and did a couple test lashes to make sure I wouldn't have a reaction to the glue they use. I came back a week later and got a beautiful full set from AJ. They both cared a lot about the health of my eyes and lashes rather than just making money. They made me feel very comfortable and the customer service from everyone I interacted with there was amazing! read more

I use to love this place but ever since the stylist who did my eyebrows left, my experience has been less than favorable. They have a strict policy about making sure you keep your appointment but the same does not apply if you have an appointment and the stylist is late. The last straw for me me was the Manager prefers to have social conversations instead of waiting on customers. I actually received a free full Classic set of eyelashes due to a pre-opening special they were running. The receptionist was super knowledgeable and friendly. My lash artist was good, Alexis, and engaged in a nice conversation. I went back once after the initial set but it's really far from my house and on the pricier side of lash places. A classic refill is $75 or if you sign up for their monthly club, it's $129/month (2 fills) so you save yourself a little there. For something they recommend every 2 weeks, it is pricey. And their girls are all just recently graduated from cosmetology school so it's not like you have an expert. The main thing I disliked is how they upsell you on everything, from the monthly membership to eye cleanser, "special" mascara and eyeliner (which is just oil free). They charge a high premium for that too. The lash place I now go to gives you the same size cleanser at no charge. I had no issues here but just found better and more affordable options elsewhere. read more

I've been coming here for a yr and half, I haven't had any problem since my last visit. Before my last visit I was told I had 1 more left for refill and some money on my account then I came home checked my email and saw that I got charged the full refill price and upcharge for senior stylist. Before I left the salon she only asked if she could use my card on file for the tip. I didn't know that I was going to get charge $125. I told them that I triple checked everything before and the person that helped me triple checked everything and confirmed that I have 1 more refill left and some money left on my account. The front desk never told me that I was going to get charge on this visit. I had an argument with her via text, I told her what I was told before and she said she doesn't see any money or refill left on my account. This is really frustrating, there's no way to find out if what they're saying is true on the other end of the computer. There should be a way for the customers to keep track of the credit/money left on our account. Will not be coming back here anymore. Customer service is bad. read more

My first visit I saw AJ and she was wonderful. Her technique was amazing and the lift and tint she did was perfect. She wasn't available when I needed to get in so I booked with someone else. This experience was by far the WORST I have ever had. I have been getting lift and tints done for years. I have never been in pain getting a lift done before however this one burned. In addition, she put the tint on my lashes and it essentially stained everything but my lashes. I left the salon with tint marks all around my eyes and eyes burning. Her solution to me was to use concealer. I have NEVER left a salon legit crying due to pain. read more

I had a lash emergency and Lash Lounge saved the day. I had my lashes done the day before by another company and I hated them and was about to scratch my eyes out if I couldn't get them off immediately. As I was not willing to return to the other location where the girl ate hash brown while doing my lashes I was on a quest for some professional help. Wish the girl who did my last explained any of what the owner explained below. I got the classic, longer lashes, with the D (?) curl. Loved them immediately. 2 weeks later, to the day, they were all completely gone. I do not rub my eyes, I followed all the instructions. I put ZERO mascara or eye makeup on whatsoever, and here I am. Prior to COVID, I went for my initial consult and was pretty happy with the results. Destini did the classic extreme and it was pretty good. She took a little over two hours to complete. I figured finally I found a lash tech.. Fast forward to after COVID... I had my second session and of course because it had been months, I was ecstatic to get lashes. Unfortunately, I was not impressed. The price is extremely high for lashes I could barely see. I don't know what she did differently, but I asked for the exact way she did it the first time with a few more lashes (I have a lot hair follicles, which she kept repeating)Only thing I can think of , is maybe due to COVID she was out of practice. I called the next day after the initial thrill of having lashes on, just to see if maybe she used a different lash or if less lashes than prior... no one called me back. I then tried to schedule with a master stylist but it will not allow me to do so online. I will say they are clean and nice when you walk in, but just mediocre lashes thus far. I'm from the DC area and if I show you the eyelashes there... There's no comparison. I did get the D curl per the salon. read more
