I come to this location because it's ran by two excellent women, who, with proper direction will reshape your brows to most compliment your face. I have been going here for about a year and have always loved how my eyebrows turned out. Yesterday I went and a different girl did my eyebrows and they turned out HORRIBLE. My eyebrows were pretty thick, and I told her I just wanted them cleaned up. After she did the first one I asked to look and she had LITERALLY TAKEN OFF HALF OF MY EYEBROW. She did the other one the exact same way because at that point she "had to make them even". She even wanted to trim them after and I asked her to please not touch my eyebrows anymore. I walked in having thick eyebrows that needed a clean up and walked out with eyebrows that are so thin I immediately started crying when I got in my car. Will not be coming back here. read more

I have been coming for a while because one specific women who works here is the best, but anytime I get another employee to do my eyebrows they take off way too much changing the shape and make them completely uneven. Absolutely horrible job. My eyebrows went from looking like twins to looking like down-syndromes. 1 is straight and thick, other is skinny with arch. She missed like 8 hairs I kept showing her and asking her to pluck. Anyways complete disaster. DO NOT COME HERE !! read more

I wish I would have read the reviews before going there. First off I understand accidents happen but I'm so disappointed about the lack of care and being blown off by the staff and owner. My eyebrows are completely uneven, I called back and the girl said she can't do anything, to call the owner, she gave me a number and he is not picking up or returning my message. I'm asking for either my money back or a credit to fix my brows once they grow back and they are choosing to ignore me. Beware before going there, I left in a rush cause it was my son's birthday and didn't quite paid attention until the swelling went down, I regret not saying anything when I was there. I will update my review if the owner decides to return my call. EDIT: after messaging owner one last time stating I was going to file a review so people were aware of what happened he finally got back to me with a 30 day coupon code to get my brows done again. Not sure if it solves my problem since I need to let my eyebrows grow again since they left one way too thin. But I added a star to my review since they at least got back to me eventually. UPDATE: I went back after 30 days with the coupon the owner provided and the lady paid so much attention to making sure my eyebrows were corrected and did a wonderful job. I see a lot of people posting on here about their bad experiences when they look like they had very faint or no eyebrows to begin with. You should not be trying to get your eyebrows threaded unless you have a lot of hair to work with. I have been going here for years and have never had a single bad experience. Made a gap in my eyebrow that was never there before, then when I told her about it she just shrugged her shoulders and said "it should grow back". These ladies really know how to perfect your brows. I'll give it 4 stars since I've never had any other treatment here besides threading my brows. They are so sweet and quick to fix you up. I go about once every 2 months or until I start looking like Sasquatch. I really recommend threading over waxing. You get a better looking shape of eyebrow without smearing hot wax on your sensitive eyebrow skin/eye lid (we all know that hot wax always gets down to the eye lid.. WHY!?) I have gone to this location twice. I have even had two different ladies do my eyebrows. They have missed many spots and are extremely rude if you point this out to them. I wouldn't recommend going here. If you are going to pay $12 for a 5 minute job and it not even be well done, you're better off tweezing your eyebrows at home in my opinion. Got my eyebrows done here about three times now and it is only because I was shopping in the area. But never again. Everything I go in, the service is so super fast. Then twice I've had to show the lady spots which were missed. This last time I didn't even bother showing her as I was over it. There are still chunks left. My brows are not defined at all. I was a walk in client. The wait wasn't to bad and the lady who was doing the threading was quick. My eyebrows were a little bit uneven. One was defiantly longer than the other, nothing major besides the slight unevenness they looked really good. Only complaint that I have is the thread did cut both of my eye lids. One cut is superficial and more like a rope burn but the other one is very noticeable and has scabbed over. I have had many threadings before and this has never happened. All in all I'm not sure how I feel about this place. My eyebrows look ok minus the tiny scabs on my eyelids. read more

I recently moved from NYC to JAX. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for 10 years and hate trying new people/places. Luckily, I had success with my first attempt here in JAX. Even though the reviews weren't high, I tried them first because I live in Town Center. After taking off a chunk on the inner right eyebrow, she thought it'd be best to take the same chunk off my inner left eyebrow. My eyebrows must be at least (!!!!!) two centimeters shorter on each brow. The space between my two eyebrows is NOTICEABLY wider. My eyebrows are not even in regards to width, thickness, length, etc. Please don't go. read more
