I've been using Lasio keratin treatment for over 10 years now both in NY and Florida. The first treatment I had done at this salon was great and lasted about 3 months (typical) but the second one began to fade after about 4-6 weeks. Not sure why this happened but when I contacted April (owner) she offered to do a "booster treatment" which I later found out was simply was, condition, blow out and flat iron and cost $300. I did the treatment and it didn't help much. She had many excuses as to why this happened including the humidity in Florida. One side note is that I have the "One Day" treatment which is to be washed out with 24 hours but the owner told me to leave it in for 2-3 days before washing. So the last time I had my treatment in May 2025 she applied it to wet hair. Having had these treatments so many times before I know this is not acceptable. I inquired and she told me it ok wet or dry. I knew this was a lie but I felt she knows what to do and allowed her to continue. She completed the treatment and it looked great but after the first week I was having waves at the root area and have never experienced this before. I texted her with photos to ask why she thought it was happening. I asked if it could be because she applied the product on wet hair and she did not respond. So I decided to email Lasio and ask them. They replied by email and told me it is not to be applied to wet hair and that is probably the reason why it didn't work as it usually does. I send her the email as proof and she ignored it. Eventually she agreed to meet with me at the salon and I just returned from that meeting. I can accept that she made a mistake by applying keratin to wet hair and would have appreciated honesty and a refund due to the circumstances. However, she refused to admit any wrong doing and continues to tell me that I must flat iron my hair if I want it to be smooth. I have never once used a flat iron on my hair when I am having Lasio keratin applied to my hair and it has always been smooth and beautiful. The bottom line is that she does not know the rules of applying Lasio keratin. If you google the instructions it very clearly states that hair must be 100 percent dry before applying the solution. I am not someone who looks for a problem just someone who wants my hair to look good and have paid lots of $ to attain this. Her salon charges ridiculous prices and it is clear that she is only about money. She once charged me close to $500 for highlights and root touch up. The next time she said if I wanted more blonde it would cost more because she would need to use more bleach! I should have never trusted her to begin with but I tried to give the benefit of the doubt. She is a very fast and convincing talker who is good at throwing out a lot of BS and I wish I had seen an honest review of her tactics before this happened to me. Also I pay $250 for my Lasio treatments at other salons as I have short hair and she charges $385. She actually gave me a discount for $320 but the prices are insane. Do not let this woman take advantage of you.

I looked at her facebook page for previous eyelash extensions she had done so I could reference the exact look I wanted. She did such an amazing job! Not to mention the normal tanning bed place that i use the versa spray tanning bed at was already closed. it was probally 9:35pm when i saw 24/7 mobile tanning spa on weekends!!!! the woman assured me to remain calm go immidatly into the shower exfoliate and no lotion's or makeup and she would be there within the hour. 35 min later i was greeted to a birthday card and her mobile spa..lol she explained in great detail what it was that would give me an instant color, and although i shouldnt wear makeup until my tan had processed to asure best result's she was going to use an acelerant to help the tan process quicker, and setting spray a shimmer and ph balance spray so i wouldnt turn orange. she made sure the tan i recieved was rapid acting and had bronzer for imidiate color. then she did my makeup without using foundation because she had the bronzer in the solution. and i looked amazing. she waxed my eyebrow's and then put a classy french twist inj my hair!!! she began at 10pm or so and i was out the door by 11;15pm . not only was she quick but she was absolutly the best tan and makeup I have ever recieved. she was warm and welcoming reassuring, calmed me down in my 911 situation. but shge came with a birthday card HOW THOUGHTFUL. I would highly highly recomend her to anyone she is licenced , informative, and I wont go anywhere else. a custom airbrush in itself beats the versa booth but for the same price you could get a much better experience and service. The prices were beyond fair altogether for the tan and extra's she discounted me 30% for my 30th birthday :) i paid 102.00$

After having several stylists cut my hair, I figured it was time for a change. They charged an exorbitant amount for a wet cut, and if you wanted it blow dried and styled, an extra $10. No thanks. Don't get me wrong, I would pay if the cut was amazing, but sadly, I was left with a plain, run of the mill, boring cut. Enter James Reeser. Amazing. I showed pics of the cut I liked and he followed it to a T. I have super fine hair, so he knew what needed to be done to give me volume and shape. Finally, after several long months of less than average cuts, I found my stylist again. James listens and he engages in friendly conversation throughout the cut (this was also what was lacking at the previous salon). Major plus: they carry Kevin Murphy products! If you've never tried the line, it's a must. My husband is several hundred miles away for school, and I purchased the products at my old salon for him to pick up. Also, James and his wife Amy bring in their dog Louie to work. He's so sweet and friendly that I spent a few minutes just petting him when I first entered the salon. Give this salon a try. James has mad skills.

Her prices are so reasonable, especially for Bridesmaids, no one wants to fork over a gazillion dollars to be one...but she will get you looking your best at a great price. She is fun and easy to work with and also taught me some new great tricks for doing my own makeup! My mom, who was nervous about getting hers done (she didn't want to look like a different person) even loved her makeup when it was done...she came to our hotel too, which was really nice.
