Honestly I have been coming her for almost 2 years and I loved it in the start. As time has gone by management and quality has only gotten worse. My lashes have started to barely last a week before I'm left with gaps, or multiple lashes glued together making for a painful time waiting for when they finally decide to stick to an appointment time. Every appointment I am called to reschedule, last week I was called 5 times and then booked at the incorrect time and never got serviced. Way too many additional fees like senior/master stylists that they don't warn you about until after the service. They book you a time slot then will bombard you with calls to move it around because they want to fit other clients in vs worrying about the client who came first in the books. So difficult to cancel your membership and they want that last months fee so don't try to find a new place until you do that unless you want to pay an addition $29 for a foreign refill due to there terrible scheduling. My lashes never came out bad here, but they never were truly full either due to overcrowding there schedule and not giving us enough time. The stylists are great although they are limited to options on sizing and colors, but the management is terrible, hence the 2 stars vs 1. read more

I requested a eyebrow tint and threading and eyelash tint. My bottom eyelashes have no color even that she asked me if I wanted them too and I said yes. My eyebrows color wise are ok. But this girl didn't know how to shape an eyebrow nor could she do threading. I looked like a gorilla when I came home and looked into the mirror. My husband had his eyebrows tinted and threatened. Afterwards he looked like someone used a black sharpie on him and also uneven like mine. First time there, never go again. Fir that money I can do better at home cheaper. read more

Aimee was lovely and detail oriented. I love my lashes and brows. The entire staff was friendly and the facilities clean and peaceful.

The turn over at this salon is astonishing! All I can think of is that the manager is not nice to the employees and they quit. I have had many appointments that have been changed due to the stylist no longer being there. I decided i wanted to quit my membership but when I went to do so, I was ONE day late, given they need a 30 day notice, so I am stuck going here for 4 more appointments. The manager would not budge on this policy even though it was ONLY ONE day. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know. I will be switching salons as soon as I can. That being said, the stylists I have seen do seem to do a good job. I just think the management is terrible. They treat their employees and their customers very poorly. read more

Worst place to get your lashes done!!!!!. I went in on May 26 for a foreign fill, which means that i had my lashes done by another provider. when i booked my appointment they never told me what a foreign fill was. I went in and was told they can add lashes but cant pull out the old ones, I was going on 5 weeks because i was looking for a new place. I looked it up on line a fill is considered 40% of lashes filled. Shame on you Lash Lounge .Today 8 days later i had to take my old lashes off myself at home. When i spoke to the "Master stylist" i told her i wanted a volume set. What i received was a Hybrid set. and she did a half ass job . I unfortunately purchased their membership before i knew what a ripoff scam they play here. I asked to cancel that membership and she did it. read more

Love Lash Lounge! I have been a member for a few years now and Master Stylist Lanette is amazing! You can customize how you want your lashes from eye shape to lash length and the appointment reminders are super helpful. Highly recommend! It is a bit pricey but I love not having to put on makeup every day. read more

Really sweet staff whom are very warm and inviting but this is straight up robbery I'm sorry this is the same volume levels but at another salon for comparison. Also at lash lounge they all fell out the next day and my refills too. It seems to be a common problem according to the reviews, idk why they haven't changed their glue yet. read more
