I just experienced Callie and the Glow Bar inside Tandy with my sons.... love Callie .. she is so professional and smart! One of my boys felt insecure about his teeth and wanted to bleach them so I wanted to try something more professional than white strips so we all decided to do it together! So me and my two teenage boys signed up... Callie was able to see us all at the same time and it was such an efficient experience. I was so relaxed I took a little nap while getting my treatment. So the experience with Callie was outstanding and the results were exceptional. I have done strips on my own so I have that experience to base it on and this was by far more effective. I recently came on the recommendation of a friend as I needed a new lash lady, and boy am I not disappointed. I'm Asian, and as some of you ladies may know that alone can be rather challenging when it comes to lashes. My lashes are thin and at times can be rather sparse. However, Christy did an amazing job! I asked for volume. And boy did I walk out with volume!! I understand that it was a new set but I let her know I needed to be out by a certain time frame due to work responsibilities and she managed to assist with that. Completely fair price. My sister was getting married and instead of use false eyelashes like I typically do, I decided to check into lash extensions. I researched a few different places and everyone seemed to rave about Tandy lash lounge. I decided to give it a try. I had Michelle duke and she asked me what kind I was looking for, how long and such and she nailed it. They looked awesome!! She was really nice but wasn't very talkative but I'm sure some people would love that. It wasn't a big deal to me since first trying it I wasn't sure if I should move haha. I had classic set put on which they recommend coming back every 2 weeks. I was out of town though and wasn't able to come back until 3 weeks. Travel/ make up and such took a toll on them and they were noticeably gone but I think it had more to do with my inexperience on taking care of them. I had to reschedule my fill appointment and had Christa McLaughlin instead of Michelle since she didn't have the day I needed available. Christa was super nice and friendly, we chatted a bit during the appointment. I wanted a shorter more everyday length this time and she did an awesome job!! They were perfect for what I wanted this time. Initially I felt like 2 weeks was not a long time but I love being able to change lengths depending on events happening. The fills are pretty affordable also. I rebooked with Michelle since Christa is out of town. It's nice knowing there are several girls there that can work with what works for your schedule. I don't think you could go wrong with either girl and I'm sure the rest of their girls are just as great. Super pleased with my experiences there! read more

First, this review is not only for Jessica who does my lashes, it's also for the great customer Service I received from Morgan, another lash technician there. My schedule is crazy to say the least; I called 3x over the course of a week to schedule a fill. I did not receive a return call. I scrolled thru my texts & saw that I still had Morgan's number from when I first started coming here, as she was who originally asked to schedule me (but I had already had an appt booked). I texted her letting her know the situation & inquired if I was calling the wrong #, if perhaps Jessica no longer worked there etc. Long story short, Morgan was super responsive & got a hold of Jessica & was able to book my appt. I have never got lashes done before so I tried this place bc there reviews were decent. BUYERS BEWARE!!! Morgan did my eye lash extensions and I thought they looked great! Next day my eyelids were completely swollen so I called the shop..No Answerr!!!! Called the next day ....no answer!!!! It's been 3 days. My eyes are still swollen and itchy/ burning feeling and today of course, Sunday they are closed. Either way. These ladies lacked good costumer service and easy friendliness. She also never gave me any kind of instructions, points, NOTHING! Never told me I can't shower right away. Never gave me a patch test (which I read is fairly common and the right way to do it.) SUPER FRUSTRATED and bummed that my eyes are swollen shut for Halloween! read more

I called in a panic on a Friday afternoon asking if someone could get me in the next morning. Michelle was able to get me in. This place is literally the cutest lash lounge I've ever seen. The music was great and it was so clean! I was highly impressed. Michelle was absolutely fantastic! She was so nice to talk to and she did honestly one of the best fills i have ever had. I cannot say enough good things about my first appointment at Tandy Lash Lounge! First thing: book ahead! I learned the hard way that you need to book at least three weeks in advance to secure a flexible spot. I ended up having my first set done at a different shop just due to my own timeline (done really well I might add!) but snagged an appointment for a fill with Jasmine as soon as I could. Let me say, totally worth it! She was so friendly, very sweet, really listened to my requests and was just so easy to talk to. The spot is super dang cute and the recliners they furnished with are extremely comfortable. After I left I thought my lashes looked great, but the next day (after settling) they looked AMAZING. Seriously, if you value great work and are willing to spend a little extra (shopping around I saw an average of $65 for a volume fill but they charge $85) then run don't walk to Tandy Lash Lounge! I'm sure all the girls are super talented but I definitely recommend Jasmine! read more

As someone who has spent years in the beauty industry, this place is the BEST. I have utilized all services that are offered (lashes, nails and brows) and everyone is phenomenal. Christa's lash extensions are beautiful and light as a feather. You literally cannot feel them at all! She is quick, meticulous, gentle, detail oriented and extremely clean. These lashes go so far above any other lash extensions on the market, they are worth each and every penny. I get compliments every single day. Additionally, my natural lashes are preserved and there is no pokey glue if you touch your eyes! Monica is such an incredibly talented nail artist, this girl goes way beyond. The designs that she is able to do absolutely blow my mind- LADIES- IF YOU GET ACRYLIC NAILS LIKE I DO- have monica paint on a design for you!! She might not be able to give you a fill, but i go to her an have her do the gel on top of my full set with designs. I was very excited to try this place out since all my friends spoke very highly of it. Sadly, I didn't like my experience. After spending a huge chunk of money for the initial set, the vet next day I had a lot of lashes falling out (both my lash and some not attached to my lash). I went back the next day for Lisa to fix it. I kept making excuses such as "maybe I rub my eyes when I sleep", "maybe I'm sleeping on my eye lashes", "maybe it's my allergies". When I got my first fill, Lisa did an amazing job. The next couple of fills I wasn't 100% pleased but I was working so much that I didn't have time to really bother with them. It was until my last fill with Lisa that as she was brushing them out for completion, I felt an eyelash come out. She just brushed it off my face and told me I was done. I then told her how I felt it come out and that it just didn't look right. She then fixed it. For the next few days, many lashes (some of mine and some of the extension) came out. Before texting Lisa, I did my research with many people who both do eyelash services and people who have gotten their eyelashes done for many years. Everyone agreed that the amount of eyelashes I was losing was absorb and all could identify the eye that had lesser eye lashes without any prompting. I then texted Lisa, however she was out of town. She scheduled me in with Jenna. Jenna told me that it was natural for 3-5 lashes to come out per day. She said she saw nothing wrong and that all my extension were there. HOWEVER she worked on my lashes for an hour. And then CHARGED ME $35 because I wasn't her original client. Lisa had never told me that there would be a charge. So with a fill it's $65 and then when someone else fixes it it's $35. I basically spent $100 in one week over lashes! I later canceled any further appointments. For as lovely as an establishment Tandy Lashes is, I am very sad that I will no longer be coming to get my lashes done. read more

I made an appointment with this place to get a fill for a family reunion trip and they were gonna get me in the night before I left, well I showed up and no one could find my appointment and said it must've been deleted in the system!!!! I've been to more than 10 places, Tandy Lash Lounge stylists are experts, with outstanding customer service, and the studio is aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. I was referred to Christa at Tandy Lash by a mutual client, who's lashes always look amazing. I was wanting lashes for my upcoming vacation. I made an appointment with Christa, after some discussion about what look I was going for. I don't have a lot of lashes, so I was looking for volume as well as some length. The lounge was super cute, clean and upbeat music was playing. I got comfy on the table, complete with the cozy blanket provided, for my 3 hour appointment. Christa was very friendly, explained the process and gave me complete instructions on how to care for my lashes after my appointment. My lashes look beautiful!! She did an amazing job!
