I've been a client for 3 years (spending 2,000 yearly on my lashes) communication error caused me to show up a day early for my appointment. Came back the next day for my appointment arrived @3:28 for 3:15 appointment. CANCELED. Waited for 30 min for someone to tell me "too bad" and received no call, text or explication. Left 3 phone messages. No response. Talked to Kristen (owner)today. Her response. It's your fault you were late! ... even though I explained to her the day before that I would be a little late. Bottom line poor customer service! Great lashes! Undependable staff. No customer appreciation at all! I will never go back after this treatment! read more

Just got my eyebrows done and it was not a good experience. I booked an appointment for eyebrow shaping and according to the website they map out your eyebrows according to face shape. Well she started removing my makeup roughly, waxing, then she put this oily product that I did not like at all. I felt like she was hurried! I rather go to Brow Therapy, they take there time with every client. Kristen. I haven't gotten any messages. I logged into my account and it shows two appointments for today at the same time "so weird" one appt for $30 and another for $20. I am sure I booked an eyebrow shaping. read more

I was desperately trying to find a good lash place in SLO because I needed a fill. I'm from out of state and many places I looked at had really fake looking extensions. I booked an appointment with Katie and have been going to her for over a year. It's always a great time when I go, as it's such a relaxing environment and all the workers are so fun and easy to talk to. I absolutely love all the ladies at Wink. Erika is my go to gal she never disappoints and always does an amazing job! I don't think that girl ever stops smiling. Its crazy to think how beautiful a set of lashes can make you feel! I was disappointed about my experience here. I got my eyebrows waxed. I was told when I made the appointment that my brow appt would include an instructional element where she would explain how to fill in my eyebrows. She waxed quickly, but seemed rushed and just told me to grow out an area of my eyebrows. I did not feel like she wanted to help me beyond waxing. I did not feel welcomed. She did a good job waxing. I was just under the impression the brow appt was going to include more than a wax. read more

So incredibly happy that I've found my new eyelash place! I've lived in OC and the Bay Area and had my lashes done for over 4 years straight. There are a few points of consideration for me when choosing a new lash location: 1) quality, 2) price, and 3) friendliness/comfort (a factor that can easily get left out!). I can personally attest to the fact that Brittanee is amazing and hits ALL THREE. It's been 3 days since my appointment and my lashes are still holding up very well - and usually by this point, it shows whether or not quality materials were being used. They clearly were :-) Their prices are completely fair for the work and quality and honestly, they should probably charge more! I'm also so happy to say that I was comfortable and truly enjoyed talking with Brittanee. She is so sweet and genuine. I feel really lucky to have found this place. Moved back to the area and had to find a new place for my waxing pronto! Kristen had done my wedding makeup for me a couple years back so when I heard she had opened her own lash and wax bar I was so happy. Her shop is right downtown slo. Easy to find and their own great parking. It's so cute and girly on the inside and she makes you feel so comfortable.
