This is one of the best eyebrow threading places around. I have been searching for an eyebrow place In SLO county and she does a superb job here! My eyebrows always come out looking cleaned up to perfection! Only downside to this location is they are closed randomly in some days or they open late (not at their scheduled hours) and they don't answer the phone a lot. read more

After I washed 20 min yo the shop, i realized I forgot my wallet. Noor was willing to take me and let me come back to pay her. Talk about trust for her clients! I stopped by on a Tuesday around 2:15pm, they were open. And between 2-5pm M-F is Happy Hour with brows done for $15 instead of $17. Noor is tucked back in a small shopping plaza and is not street-side. After a very short wait, I was happy with her cleaning up my brows and will be back! read more

Where has this service been all my central-living life?!! Ive been going to LA to have my eyebrows threaded. Now I don't have to; it's right in my neighborhood. At first I thought their prices of service were a bit more but she did a beautiful and more thorough job than received in the past. I definitely will be returning over and over. So happy!! read more

If you're going to run a business, make sure you're ACTUALLY running the business!!! I visited TWICE and between the specified business hours and each time there were a group of people outside waiting. The last time, this woman was waiting for you for 45 minutes and you didn't show up! I told her go somewhere else for business. It was my second time showing up to the business completed closed. BTW, you lost a lot of customers that day because there were quite a few people waiting but they gave up and left. It was 11:15 AM and your store says 10 AM- 5 PM on the days that I went. I will not recommend this business to anyone, and will just be going to SLO to the other threading studio. read more

Noor is finally open! *NEW COVID RULES* The lady here is the sweetest! She's super OCD about staying clean which is GREAT for outsiders like us who just need to get our bushy brows done in a clean environment. The lady (sorry don't know her name) has been taking preventative steps to make sure everyone is safe. She just opened up after being closed for 3 months and here are the new rules. Open 10-5 Mon-Fri 10-3 Sat Face masks required, no seating inside. She has seats outside for you to sit and they're cleaned in between clients (please be patient if it gets busy, that's just common sense. I saw a bunch of people there and they did the nice thing and just stood outside until she could come outside and clean the chairs if they really needed them cleaned right away to sit). She will also wipe your face so let her know if you are allergic to anything. She uses protective equipment for herself also. The BEST PART IS THAT SHE HAS A NEW WAY OF THREADING! She doesn't use the original way of putting the thread in your mouth to thread! It's so awesome and innovative. She also prefers to only do eyebrows for now. Not sure about other parts of the face but I know she's not comfortable with doing upper lip because...well covid. She also has contactless paying options so you can insert your card in the machine provided yourself. She's sweet, clean, fast, and again CLEAN. Thanks sweet lady! Been coming to noor since I've moved here 4 years ago and Ive never been disappointed. Be sure to let her know exactly what you're looking for before you just sit down, because yes she can assume you want what everyone is getting (thin eyebrows) that's how my first visit went, she did them thinner than what I like, but I think that was my mistake for not telling her. I always tell her I want a clean up and like thick brows, and she always does a great job! read more

love, love, love how my eyebrows came out! Before this I had my eyebrows done somewhere in Bakersfield and the lady there made them really thin and they lacked shape. I waited a whole two months to have my eyebrows grow back out and i use to come here back in High School so I decided to give it another try AND I love them. Still thick and I actually have an arch. She took her time, she didn't rush and I loved that. You could tell she was paying attention to detail, making sure my eyebrows both looked the same. It definitely hurt, but beauty is pain and I waited a real long time to have them redone. The price is reasonable, and I would definitely come back. Overall, great experience!!! read more

I just moved back to the area and got my eyebrows done here for the first time. the woman was nice but I will NEVER come back. She took off WAY too much hair on my eyebrows making them thinner than normal. She then too scissors to my eyebrows, I thought she was just going to trim the long hairs at the start of my eyebrows but NO. She literally cut off my right eyebrow by the arch and then AFTER said she did it to match my other eyebrow!!! On top of it she took off too much from the middle making my eyebrows too far apart!!! My eyebrows before were so nice and just needed a small clean up. She totally botched them. Please save yourself and your eyebrows and go elsewhere. read more

Firstly, I live in the North County and was unaware that we had a threading shop here! So when a friend told me about Noor, I was stoked! I've been going to SLO or when I was in the bigger cities I would seek out a threading joint. NO MORE! I visited Noor yesterday and was so happy with the results! The owner herself was doing the threading and she is AMAZING! My brows look spectacular and I also had her thread my upper lip.! Very inexpensive. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOOR! The first time I went my eyebrows turned out great but I wasn't happy with other aspects of my visit. I went back today to make a decision if I would become a regular here and my conclusion is no. Let me say my eyebrows are even but they don't suit my face and she took so much of my hair off. Also, most places will clean the excess hair of your face but after I was done getting my brows threaded I had to wipe everything off myself which wasn't quite easy because she gets your hair all over you face and neck (I don't see how that happens but it did.) I was in so much pain for more than a few hours after I left. She is just so rough. She kept getting my hair stuck in her thread I was so nervous she was going to take my eyelashes out. I would tell people to be cautious when getting their brows done at this shop. read more
