I am always getting nothing but compliments on my hair Asking where do I get it done. she's always kept my hair healthy and is always recommending the best products for my hair. i have had all kinds of colors done by her she's also done my hair cuts and hair treatment. not only for me but for my son and my daughters cuts too. And my sisters hair too. I can honestly say she has always gone above and beyond for Us. Squeezing us in where she can so my appts aren't too far out. She's accommodating on early and late appointments if and when appropriately of course. i have never been disappointed in any color or cut That she has done. she is literally the best. I confirmed the price with them at least 3 times before zelleing them. I had such a difficult day today before my appointment , I was not not in the mood to argue about this and I know if I said something it was not going to come out the right way. The stylist did not give me face framing layers or curtain bangs, and she cut off much more length than I was comfortable with, without checking in with me first. I noticed a lot of hair being cut but trusted the process and gave her the benefit of the doubt, which I now regret. She asked whether I wanted a round or V-shaped cut. I specifically said round, but my hair was cut into a V shape instead. At the end of the appointment, she asked if I wanted my hair styled for an additional $5, which I agreed to. However, once my hair was styled, I couldn't clearly see the issues with the cut. After washing and seeing my hair naturally, it became obvious that the cut was very chunky and uneven. I understand that cutting hair means losing some length, but this felt excessive and completely misaligned with what I requested. I'm especially upset because I really love my hair, and I left feeling unhappy and regretful instead of confident. No one should feel this way after going to the salon.

I booked my appointment with her at least a month in advance and was extremely pleased with my experience. She listened to exactly what I wanted and told me what levels of blonde were achievable for my hair. She was easy to converse with and was extremely personable. I shared with Stephanie that other previous stylists have taken at least 8-12+ hours to work on my hair during previous appointments (Because previous stylists have worked on multiple clients at the same time as my appointment). Before my appointment, I did let her know how hard sitting for long hours is tough on my chronic back pain. Stephanie mentioned I would be in the chair for at least 6 hours, and as promised, I was in the chair for that long with no other clients being worked on during my appointment. It's important for me to not only have a stylist who can provide great service, but to also have a stylist whose primary focus is me (For example, I've had other stylists leave me in the chair for hours, not even checking on my foils). She was every bit of attentive and I appreciate this so much more than she knows. Stephanie shared that she typically only sees 1-3 clients each day as she wants to be attentive to each client she works on. I know I will be coming back again as it's important for me to feel prioritized during my appointment, instead of me sitting in the chair for hours.
