The price has increased from $10 in 2018 to $12 then $15 at some point in 2023. Don does a fantastic job cutting hair. They don't take reservations but you can call and see how long the wait is. They've been cutting hair for years but recently moved to this location. Parking is easy! Men's haircut is only 10 dollars and a fanatic quality. It's difficult to find someone to cuts Vietnamese hair evenly as it's so straight on the sides. As soon as he puts the dye on my head my scalp hurts. Careless during the process as well. I came in on Saturday, 8/17. The gentleman greeted me immediately and said he would be with me shortly. I waited maybe 5 mins before he called me to his chair. He asked how I wanted my hair cut, & I told him, just a straight even cut and maybe thin it out a little. I knew something was wrong when he straightened my hair before cutting (instead of the usual damp hair). And, when he split my hair (top & bottom) and used a buzzer to trim the bottom so when he released the top half, he didn't even know where he trimmed off! The entire hair cut took 10 mins. When I left the shop, everything *looked* good. When I got home and inspected a little more, my hair was CROOKED all around, blunt & not thinned out like I asked. The under side of my hair is like one inch shorter than the top. I look like a doofus when I put my hair down. read more

I have been here several times over the years. Every time was for something simple, a hair trim usually. However the few times I have asked them to cut quite a bit off they seemed scared to or would convince me not to, which was odd considering that I am usually the paranoid one. (Thanks to my mother who once told Supercuts to cut a few inches off the day before my first day at sixth grade at a new school, and they cut it to my chin) I was scared to go get my hair cut at the smaller places ever since. I usually had it all done at once with highlights or hair coloring with friends at their salons. However this was my third time coming here. I was turned off right away this time when I walked in and asked for a hair trim and the girl started talking to another worker who I did not even realize was there. (She was doing something on the ground behind the counter or on a low shelf behind the counter or something). The girl started talking back and then the only thing I heard in English was "We are all busy!" at her. I looked around and there were four workers here and three were taken and I was the last, so that whole situation completely confused me. The lady who cut my hair this time was quite friendly, conversed, etc. I think I may have had her before but it has been a long time. I had my hair layered again so it doesn't look much shorter but the front has been cut nicely with a little more style to it. However my hair is very flat and stubborn and fine, so I can never do much with it, so I will take what I can get. What completely confused me though is when she kept asking if I wanted my hair straightened. I said it is always straight naturally, and then she pulled out a straightener and turned it on. I did not want to get charged for something extra especially if my hair is as straight as it can get. (Curls fall out within minutes so I never bother). She said to let her know if I wanted it straightened and went back to blow dry it. I am beyond confused but I said okay. I was happy with the overall cut although I was willing to go just a tad shorter this time with it being so hot. Maybe next time I won't get it layered, who knows. I am happier with it now than I was. Prices for women's cuts state $12 and up, so you never know what it will be. Mine was $15 for a trim and layers. A turn off was getting charged 50 cents for using my card but it's not the end of the world. By the time I left they had a few people waiting. They do take walk ins. Like I said though overall the staff is friendly, but it is always a turnoff for me to see bickering or arguing amongst staff in front of customers. I have seen it at several places. I will continue to come here though. read more

I was super super busy and wanted to just go somewhere to get a quick trim. Came in and there was no wait. Only me and some other lady that needed her hair done. For $20 a haircut, they did a pretty good job.. I got a dude and he was really nice and made sure not to F up my hair. Im usually very specific on telling people how I want my hair so that they dont mess up. He understood and did it exactly as I liked it. The only downside was when he washed my hair, I felt like it wasnt a thorough wash. But for only $20 for everything, I am pretty pleased. Probably will some in again next time when I need a trim. read more

Update: I just went back to get a haircut and a bayalage. My hairstylist (I didn't catch her name but she's new and super sweet!) did such an amazing job. I wanted to go ash blonde but she told me that it wasn't a good idea because it would probably damage my hair and that we would have to do it in sessions. I had let my previous bayalage grow out so my hair was mostly dark brown. I'm so glad she was honest. I appreciate someone who actually cares about the health of my hair and not just a quick buck.
