She asked what style I wanted and I showed her a picture and she confidently said she could do it. 3hrs later and a very uncomfortable experience with what felt like my lashes were being plucked out, i got a completely different look than what I showed her. Apparently I was charged for a "custom set" but it looks like a classic mega lash. My eyes have been red, swollen, and itchy since. I fear that my natural lashes are damaged due to the roughness of the application process . Despite me explaining this to her after my appointment, she just said she can do a free fix and she doesn't do refunds because "you should have read my policy". I just personally would not recommend going here for lashes, especially for the price.

I did book just a traditional last shift but when I got there, she explained the benefits of a Korean lash lift, and I decided to try it. It definitely felt faster than the traditional lash lift and had less of that strong perm smell, which I liked I just got them done this week so time will tell if they last as long as a traditional, but I was told they should last around 4 to 6 weeks. It is definitely more expensive than the traditional lash lift so I hope that it's worth it. Overall, I did really appreciate Estefania and her work. Most recently, I purchased a package for three microneedling treatments. The following day, before using any portion of the package, I texted and politely asked to cancel it and receive a refund. To her credit, Gigi refunded the entire amount promptly and without argument, and I genuinely appreciate that. However, shortly afterward, I received an automated Vagaro cancellation text addressed to "first name, (DO NOT BOOK) last name." The message showed "DO NOT BOOK" added directly to my name following my refund request. I found this incredibly unprofessional. A business owner absolutely has the right to decide they no longer want to accept a particular client, but marking my account "DO NOT BOOK" immediately following a straightforward refund request felt unnecessarily punitive. I had simply reconsidered an unused package the day after purchasing it. Seeing "DO NOT BOOK" attached to my name immediately afterward reinforced concerns I had already developed about how ordinary questions and uncomfortable interactions were handled. I'm sure this review will get a response as well. After years as a client, it's disappointing to be treated that way, but it confirmed I made the right choice to request the refund and find services elsewhere. -

My son and I booked head spa services expecting a relaxing experience, but unfortunately, it fell far short. My son is just over 6 feet tall, and the bed was too small for him--he had to brace his feet against the wall the entire time. Partway through, the water halo on his bed stopped working, and instead of addressing the issue, they simply didn't use it for the remainder of his service. The ambiance had potential, but one bright white bulb in the otherwise soft lighting setup was positioned directly in my line of sight, making it difficult to relax. The massage portion was also underwhelming--it felt more like a quick application and wipe-down of products rather than an actual massage, and there was so much product used that I was goopy and sticky afterward. About halfway through, both of us started experiencing back pain from the uncomfortable beds, and it lingered enough that we needed to take pain medication afterward. To make matters worse, my hair was never properly washed and still felt greasy when I left--I had to go home and shower immediately. My son wasn't cleaned off at the end either and left with greasy product still on his upper body. I was also supposed to receive a blow-dry, which was never offered.
