    Clean aisleways and machines
    Mike M.

This is a nice, clean laundromat right off hwy 78 on Hacienda Drive. There are a lot of folding tables, all machines are front loading. It is right next door to a take out pizza place with very good prices, similar to a Little Caesars. The staff seem to put in a lot of effort to continually sanitize. It is on the shopping center with Firestone Tire Center and In 'n' Out burger.

Kiddy movie to keep the mini-person entertained. Thanks!

If you're like me and I'm like you and we collectively don't have the luxury of an in-home washer and dryer, The Laundry Room is a pretty good option for us. Clean, well-lit, attractive interior, friendly and helpful staff, and washers and dryers are up to date! (you know, not the old rusty white ones that you have to kick every once in a while to ensure they're still operational). It's respectable and most importantly not sketchy. More on the staff, there is a VERY friendly woman that works here that I've encountered a few times. She's always busy doing someone's laundry (as that is a service provided here) but makes the time to ask you if you have any questions about how the machines work and assures you she's around if you need any kind of assistance. Little sitting area is nice. Like that there's a dispenser for laundry bags, detergent, dryer sheets, ect. Flat screens a plenty if you ever want to occupy your time by watching TV rather than staring at your clothes going around in circles. Would 5 star this place if a) the ATM hadn't been removed and b) they hadn't locked the restrooms: in the rare event that you CANNOT find someone working...just walk yourself across the street to In n Out :D

I have been doing my laundry here once a week for the past six months. Unfortunately, today they lost me as a customer. I had just enough quarters to do the $3.50 load for wash and to dry my clothes. I left after starting the wash but apparently a drawstring from a pair of my shorts had gotten stuck in the door. I guess this caused a leakage from the unit and water was getting all over the floor. The attendant at the store put a towel down and stopped my wash. That was the correct thing to do. When I had returned to put in the dryer I had noticed that everything was still soaking wet. The attendant was very nice but I did not appreciate the response that I got. I was instructed that it was my fault that the washer did not work properly and that I would need to pay another $3.50 to finish washing my clothes. I was not satisfied with this response and was expecting her to be able to restart the machine for me. She told me she wasn't able to do that and repeatedly stated that there was nothing that she could do. I know they have access to quarters since they refill the change machine. So, I can only assume that losing my business altogether was the proper response rather than just losing $3.50 for the day. As I stated before this will cause me to never come back to this establishment again. I find customer service above all to be the most important aspect of running a business.

I've been coming to this laundromat for a long time, but one of the biggest problems is the lack of…read moremanagement when it comes to the students from the high school next door. During school hours, groups of students regularly come into the laundromat, disturb customers, make people move, interrupt people while they're folding laundry, start arguments, and have even torn down signs. As regular customers, we've had to change what time we come just to avoid the crowds of students because it's become so disruptive. It shouldn't be necessary to plan your laundry around avoiding people who are bothering customers. The owner has been told about this repeatedly for months. Customers have even sent him videos showing students disrupting people while they're trying to fold their laundry, yet nothing has changed. He keeps saying he'll put up signs or address the problem, but after more than two months, there has been no action. The laundromat has both a front and a back entrance. The sign at the back is there to let customers know there's additional parking in the rear--it isn't an invitation for students to use the laundromat as a hangout during school hours. A few clearly posted signs about respecting customers or restricting non-customer loitering during school hours could help, but the owner has chosen not to take that step. It's disappointing because this could be a great laundromat, but customers deserve to feel comfortable and safe while doing something as simple as washing and folding their clothes. I hope the owner finally takes these concerns seriously and addresses the ongoing issue.

If you are coming here for a one time use, bring quarters. Their minimum machine price is $6.25,…read moreand their bill exchange only takes multiples of $5, meaning that if you have to use the exchanger, you will be left over with laundry tokens which will find its way into your cup holder or in your change jar, which is the equivalent to lost/ unused money. The facilities were clean, but there's no toilets available for the public, so I just went into one of the machines.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service here. I spent quite a bit of time researching…read morecleaners with good reviews because I wanted to make sure my clothes would be properly cared for. Although it's a bit of a drive for me, I ultimately chose Cleaner Cleaners based on their reviews. My initial experience was great. Drop-off was smooth, and the customer service was pleasant. Unfortunately, after picking up my clothes and getting home, I realized that one of my pairs of slacks had been damaged. There were shiny marks imprinted all over the fabric that were not there when I dropped them off. I brought the pants back to show them and asked whether the marks could be removed. I was told they could not be fixed. At that point, I asked for a refund for the $10.50 cleaning service. The response I received was, "For what, cleaning them? We don't guarantee a result." I found that response incredibly disappointing. I was only asking for a refund of $10.50 for a service that resulted in my pants being permanently damaged, when realistically I would have expected a business to offer to compensate me for both the cleaning and the approximately $60 pair of pants they damaged. Instead, they refused the refund and offered no apology whatsoever. I was also sarcastically told to "call the pants manufacturer" because supposedly the fabric was the problem. If they believed the fabric could not safely withstand their cleaning process, I'm not sure why they proceeded with cleaning the pants in the first place. I also dropped off the exact same pair of pants in a different color, and those came back completely fine, so that explanation doesn't make much sense to me. Mistakes happen, and I would have been much more understanding if the situation had been handled with basic accountability and customer service. Instead, I left with damaged pants, no refund, no apology, and a dismissive attitude from the business. Overall, I absolutely do not recommend this establishment. My biggest issue isn't even that the pants were damaged -- it's how poorly the situation was handled afterward.
