Back in December, Mr. O'rourke said our issue could be handled/settled in one to two months. Despite our family promptly providing Mr. O'rourke with everything he's asked for in the past nearly 7 months, we've yet to settle our matters and there's no end in sight. In fact, we currently can't get a straight answer from him as to the status of our estate issue as he avoids our calls and emails. We're at a breaking point with this man who blew up with us over the phone when we finally got a hold of him just last week as we voiced our frustrations with his lack of service. He threatened to just drop us, mind you he was with another client while telling us this over the phone, despite our objections of him doing so. If things change in the next week or so and there's some type of resolution to our matter, I'll be happy to change this review. As of now, neither I or my family can recommend Mr. O'rourke's services.

NY real estate is incredibly complicated and expensive but Bob not only helped us navigate through those complex waters, he actually explained it so we understood every nuance and detail of the transaction. He took it upon himself to re-negotiate the offer because he wanted to make sure we were being protected.
