Thankfully they released me from my contract 7 months in instead on giving me any reassurance since I've seen no change and I let them know I was not comfortable paying anything further unless they were able to offer me some type of guarantee. So they just said ok, find another company, goodbye. I have used this company since April and the first time was very thorough and professional, after that it went downhill. The second time, the guy showed up to the wrong home 30 minutes earlier than the scheduled time frame, we were not home and thankfully pulled in when he was in my neighbors driveway. He spent 5 minutes spraying and then spent the rest of the visit complaining about how rude my neighbor was to him. So third visit, they showed up UNANNOUNCED without speaking to me about a scheduled time or date and then billed me for $101 to spray for ants that I don't even have, because I was not home? I would NOT recommend this company. The local customer service rep i spoke to was not polite or helpful at all. I will not pay for this service until someone comes back to my home to do what I'm paying for in the first place. Go to a local place that doesn't rope you into a year contract or try to charge for poor service. Fast forward 6 months later. Still having the original issue we started with. Tech came back for an in-between spray because we have not seen much of a difference after 6 MONTHS!!! Again showed up 45 minutes earlier than the scheduled time frame. Third time not showing up during their scheduled time frame. Will NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!

We've used them for 6 years and there has always been scheduling issues to where I don't t ever…read moreknow when they are going to schedule an appointment until the technician calls to confirm a few days before hand. They always say to reschedule through the 800 number and I did that and I took half a day off work for the appointment window and they didn't show up I called the first hour and spoke to Suzan who said ya he should be there and then left a VM for the technician. Then called 30 minutes later and spoke to anoth woman who confirm ed the tech was still out on another service call and then 10 minutes before end of the window they said ya he should be there. The.n 45 minutes after the end of the service window Kenneth said that he called the techs supervisor and the y said that he would be on his way after that... during the call the tech called me and said he had not been working for at least two hours and got the original cancellation from a week prior mixed up with the service today. Which happens. But nobody knew because they are working from home and have no clue on what the actual service requires . I can only assume they were putting me on hold to watch TV? Kenneth hung up while I was talking to the tech so I called back because I have wasted 5 hours of my day because they do not have any communicative skills with the local office or dispatch or where the techs are or if they are actually working that day... I spoke to Jeremy who said that he couldn't do anything except schedule appoints and call the techs phone number.... What are you paying these people for?!?!?! He said he could fill out a form to have a manager call back at THEIR convenience when THEY can get back... this is the most chaotic and disorganized service company I have ever dealt with. I cancelled all services today and my mothers services. They have terrible customer service. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. Use a local or Orkin.

They DO NOT get back with me on issues. I've also spent over and hour on two phone calls with Customer service at the national level and do not get any response out of those detailed calls. We also have service out of Indy for our main residence in the 47804 area. Last month, after over four years of mistreating an issue as "bed bugs" we were treated for "Bat bugs" ergo the attic was sprayed. As happy as I am that the issue seems resolved, it aggravates me to no end that they didn't do this earlier. I cannot recommend Terminix to anyone, but fell compelled to continue as we have contracts. I'm beginning to think that doesn't mean much anymore though and need to contemplate switching companies.
